Went to this location with by best friend that makes ordering food complicated and Wendell gave us AMAZING customer service and was patient, accommodating, and pleasant the whole time and ensured our order was absolutely correct!

Food is usually good but service needs improvement. I have been here more than a dozen times but I always end up getting irritated with the long wait. Doesn’t make a difference whether I go inside or the drive through window. Maybe I’m just unkucky?

The worst!!! They got my order wrong, the girl at the window couldn’t handle the order to make it right, called her manager over who cursed at me, shouted at me through the window until something I said finally got through to her and she eventually corrected my order.
What a nightmare! I’ve been here many times and each time hoping they have hired people who did the job right. Only one time did I see anyone with such a friendly attitude that I actually thought I was at a different McDonalds.
She didn’t last long. I never saw her there again only to be replaced by even more unprofessional staffers.

In the past this was a good location, but recently it has really gone downhill. The management is rude and unhelpful and the cashiers know nearly nothing of their own menu. My wife and I had lunch the other day, and were charged for a total of 4 drinks even though we only had two, and were given one order of fries, and had to fight in order to get our other order of fries. If it was me, I would avoid this McDonalds.
