Our house is 14 years old, and thanks to Cool Air, we’ve extended the life our units by maintaining them regularly over the past few years. In mid August, our AC stopped blowing cold air so I came home from a trip to a hot house that evening. I called and they were here first thing the next morning to do service that was covered in our maintenance agreement (thank goodness!). We also had the ducts cleaned this year and I could not find any better pricing after much research. Its expensive, so we won’t do it as often as suggested. Today, without surprise, our technician Nima provided excellent seasonal service and he was very polished and professional. We recommend this company!

Do not waste your money on Cool Air Mechanic, these people are rude and they have worthless air conditioning!!! Nothing but trouble. We are trying to save up to get a TRANE and won’t have to deal with this company ever again!!!

We’ve got the 2-year scheduled maintenance services AND duct cleaning from them. Can’t say anything but good things about them. We love their service, they’ll even go above and beyond with their recommendations.
We’ve liked them so much that we’ve recommended their services to other family members and have only heard good things as well.
Costco has never let us down and this is another way to get a great service from a great company.

Watch this outfit! The technician that we were assigned came out and tested our system from the inside the home during a routine maintenance inspection and determined that freon was needed. This according to his machines. He stated it needed 1 – 2 lbs. The service was performed and without checking to confirm with a machine, the technician came back inside and stated its cooling as it should now. The original test was done inside the home.

Costco should be ashamed of themselves by using this company as a supplier. I am not allotted enough space to explain the entire situation which has been horrible and still living but in short this organization used bait and switch techniques, delayed a significant renovation project and put my family at risk by delaying the duct cleaning from this significant construction project by over a month now. I now have two kids hacking up in the morning. Not to mention the shabby install and leaving the filter out of the HVAC system and placing the wrong size on in another unit. They have cost me significantly financially and personally and would caution anyone against using this organization unless you like being treated like this. Absolutely disgraceful!!!
