Love this place. Tasty crust. Beat in town. I’ve been here 100 times and never a bad experience. I have also taken friends here for lunch and they love it too

The baked ziti was pretty good. Not the best or worst. The rolls were yummy and fresh. Service was fast. Next time I’ll actually try their stuffed pizzas. They looked delicious.

BESTLASAGNA I HAVEEVERHAD. I just couldn’t believe it. It was enough for lunch the next day too. Robust red sauce, lots of meat, and perfect amount of cheese. Incredible! (The first time I ordered from them, I got the pizza and I was very disappointed actually. I think they make the pizza as a cheese only, and then add toppings as they are ordered. Single sliced pizza CAN be made to order, so I hope they’ll start making it fresh.) Their specialties are pasta and sandwiches! The salads are also very tasty, even the side salad was delicious. Delivery service: my lasagna came piping hot!

I’m a recent NY to GA transfer, so the bulk of my stars are for creating a NY like atmosphere. My husband, a lifelong Georgian, commented that the environment inside the restaurant seemed weird, which I didnt notice since I’m used to NY pizzerias, so awesome job there. I got a couple of slices of pizza, and he got a calzone, which was enourmous. Both were good, but we ordered online, and when we got there to pick up I saw they had so many delicious looking slice options! So we will definitely have to stop back sometime soon to chdck those out. It’s a little pricey, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that’s for some more NY authenticity.

Blast from the past at Baby Tommy’s Taste of New York! If you were a teenager in the 80’s this place is a time capsule… from the vintage rock playing to the TV that looks like it was here when the place opened, but thats not the most important part, that’s the food! If you remember your corner sub/pizza shop from your youth this is it!!! Great hot & cold subs, and top notch Pizza!!! Order anything here, you won’t be disappointed!

My first time ordering from here was in April. As a transplanted New Yorker it is often hard to find pizza comparable to what I am used to getting back home! I tried the stuffed slice pizza(Cheeseburger) and the Garlic Knots with Cheese. The stuffed slice was really good, went well with the accompanying red sauce. The garlic knots not so much. They weren’t very seasoned and there was so much garlic on top of it it overpowered the knots itself which just tasted like dough with cheese on top. Could have used a little salt or some other type of seasoning to really bring out the flavor. I opted to give them another shot today and ordered the spaghetti with meatballs. After reading the other reviews I am eager to try it. Pizza is great. We will see about the rest! :)

Oh, Baby Tommy’s, I’ll miss your food, but we need to break up. When told that I would be giving my fellow Unilocalers a heads-up about the awful experience I had ordering delivery from you, your owner told me that«no one gives a sh*t about social media» and that I was just someone who likes to complain. My guess is that he came to this conclusion because I was upset that his staff was rude and I had to cancel my Monday dinner delivery(a sandwich, a knish, and 6 wings). After missing the quoted delivery window of 45 – 60 min. given when I placed my order, I called the restaurant back(over an hour later) to learn that I would be looking at about another 30 – 40 minutes until my food would arrive. I was told that they had just sent the driver out with 5 orders, the last of which was our order. The flippant, unapologetic attitude of the employee delivering the news didn’t help the situation, nor was it helpful when, after he told me he reversed the charge on my credit card, he called me back several minutes later to tell me he needed my CC # to credit my account. Ugh. Now back to the owner: Upon calling him the next day to give him a heads-up about what happened, and to make sure my credit card was refunded(we obviously canceled our order the night before), I was given the most non-apologetic apology for the rudeness of the staff. Over the course of the next several minutes of the call, it became clear that the employees’ behavior was modeled from the horrible attitude of the owner. After explaining why we were frustrated and sharing my concerns, it quickly became clear that reason wasn’t happening here, as the snarkiness was reaching a crescendo on the owner’s end. I declined the free meal he offered me, since I was unwilling to put myself through another bad experience with this place, and was then told that he was«trying to grease the squeaky wheel»(me!) by offering to credit a free meal to my account since I was«the only issue out of 65 orders» and because I wouldn’t take him up on it, I «was the kinda person who just liked to complain.» It was at this point I told him again that a free meal would not be necessary because, with the culture of nastiness and poor customer service at Baby Tommy’s, I wouldn’t be returning. I know this review is pointless, given that no one cares about social media(so sayeth the owner), but for the few that do – skip this place.

Put a delivery order in online and after an hour called the restaurant to see when it would be arriving. They didn’t even put in our order in yet and were very rude. Don’t order online, it doesn’t work and they won’t tell you that until you call expecting your food to arrive.

A real New York style experience. OK it’s greasy and bad for you but it tastes oh so good. Always stop by here when I’m visiting the boys at SPSU.

I’ve always enjoyed this place. Great food and great choices. I really like the décor. I’m not sure what so many others are complaining about.

So much grease but the pizza is really good! I just felt super fat eating it, grease was dripping out the box. But the pizza was so good! I might eat here again but I’m not exactly sure, I mean I could fry me a batch of French fries at this point and my heart is beating a little slower. But the pizza was amazing, if I don’t make it past today, I clearly had a heart attack! And the owner isn’t very nice so I’m not exactly how I felt about that. Although I hear that’s how people up north act.

The food is good but dealing with the rude owner ruined my whole taste for the place(pun intended). I’ll never go back.

I love this place. I eat here at least 3 times a week and the people are nice and the food is consistent. This is as close to New York pizza as you can get in the south.

I ordered just basic spaghetti with marinara and a brownie. Came with a generous portion, and for no up-charge, a big side salad(with no olives/onions as I asked and a great Greek dressing) and 2 garlic knots. Easily the cheapest Italian food in the area for delivery. Everything I ordered was great, when about an hour later they came back to deliver the brownie they had forgotten. I never even noticed or called about it! They came all the way back to deliver a single brownie lol. I will be ordering again. Great food and customer service.

More like 2.5 stars, but I’ll be nice. This place is similar to Ray’s Pizza in New York, which is the typical, corner pizzeria chain for lunch up there. We’re basically talking canned tomato sauce, lower end, shredded cheese, over competent(but flavorless) crust. As they say, pizza is like sex — its good even when its bad. After all, its kind of hard to screw up melted cheese over baked crust, sprinkled with salty, cured meat. The bang at place’s like Baby Tommy’s comes in the size of the slices, the topping combos, and the overall value. So here’s my rational for rating local pizza: *5-stars goes to places like Anticos. *Next, I have a bunch of 3.5’s to 4’s… These run the spectrum from DaVinci’s, Double Zero, Fritti’s, Rosa’s, Shorty’s, or Camelli’s. Some will say 3 stars or 4 stars, depending their definition of «good» vs. «great.» 2-stars goes to places that are just okay, due to extreme inconsistency or fall off in quality, like Fellini’s. 1-star is for the Pizza Huts of the world. I think this place is better than Fellini’s but not as good as the large group of 3.5s to 4s. 3-stars it is then.

Love Baby Tommy’s. I moved to Georgia two years ago and it took a while to find a place with cheesesteaks that I’m used to getting in Maryland/New York. They do a great job here, probably my favorite chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever had! There pizza is also very good, every time I go I have to get the cheesesteak and a couple slices. There wings are cooked well with plenty of sauce! My favorite for all of the above for sure, wish it was on my way home more often!

Having been raised(and lowered) in New Jersey and with parents born in Brooklyn and Upper Manhattan, knowing what qualifies for good pizza is almost hereditary. The only redeeming quality of Baby Tommy’s pie is the tremendous size. It’s all down hill from there. The pie was very soggy. So much so, no amount of reheating could restore any crispness. One of the reviewers was spot on when she identified the overly sweet taste of the dough and sauce. I suspect that careful examination will reveal refined sugar and/or corn syrup adulterate both ingredients. Sweeteners don’t belong in pizza. Attempting to hide the taste of bitter tomato sauce with sweeteners is merely an indication of cheap, inferior(perhaps canned) tomato sauce. Using high quality tomatoes or a superior sauce negates the need to neutralize the bitterness with a refined sweetener. Why sweeteners of any kind are being added to pizza dough is a real poser. Judging by the amount of acid indigestion I received a few hours after eating the pizza, I would venture to guess that lurking along side the sweetening agents is another ingredient that does not belong in pizza, soybean oil. The only type of oil that should be used in pizza is olive oil. Soybean oil in any type of Italian food is a clear indication of cutting corners in an effort to minimize food cost. The taste of the cheese was the best part of the pie but overall, the product was bland and I found myself doctoring it up with good oregano, imported freshly ground pepper and garlic powder. This is not the New York pizza I remember. This is New York pizza by way of the bean counters, not the New York pizza of purists.

Who gives a crap about their décor? The place is clean and I come here for the food and it ROCKS! The pizza is fantastic and pretty much perfect. They make a fantastic chicken parm(the dinner and the sub) and the lasagne is delish. Their zeppolis are delightful and the garlic knots are great. The portion sizes are really generous and the prices are very reasonable. I have never had a less than great meal from Baby Tommy’s. My ONE complaint is that they don’t deliver. Sometimes I am unable to go pick up and sometimes I just don’t want to get out in the Cobb Pkwy traffic. If they delivered, I would break up with the place that is around the corner from my house and never look back.

Pizza was really good. These guys are the best! My son and I arrived about 10 minutes before closing and the the gentleman relunctantly made me the best pizza ever, We order the works which is known as a supreme pizza and because I was in a rush and last min, I was afraid to ask them to do half in pepperoni for my son. It took all of 12 mins to make a bake our pizza, it was so hot and delicious and made just right, also served with a smiled. I will definitely try Baby Tommy’s again.
