Austell Wings & More

Having heard this was Not the place to go after a while We decided to try it out. Delivery? «An hour & ½! The guy on the phone seemed to be daring me to say yes. Hungry we got 60 $ in merchandise. It came sooner but the orders were not right, fries like rubber & grease. We ate except for one & I went to sleep feeling like concrete was inside me. The patti melt cooked unlike any I ever had caused me to be unable to leave my room & stay close to a bucket. Ijs. Upon calling the restaurant the Mgr. He attempted to over talk me; NOT. He was unconcerned & matter of fact. I asked for Owner they both had the same name hmmm.
The owner seemed at the least concerned & said he would talk to him & get back to me. Muhammad I’m still waiting to tell how sick I was but you don’t care. So I had to tell you all of you. Beware they don’t care.

The wings are OK here. I don’t care for their fries though. They have a lot of flavors to choose from which is good. But the wings can be a little too greasy for my taste. Wings are always hot and feet are pretty fast

I didn’t have to order ., I called to place my order and they’re just yelling in the phone all in my ear so classless ugh I love good food. I’m xtra keen on customer service though
Could give two ‘s about anything else really (ok I’m pissed because I wanted a delivery but I don’t want to partake with a restaurant that has horrible hygienic practices or rodents & insects .)
Anyway guess I’ll never know

One of my favorite wing spots! I’ve put out of towners on and they’ve always enjoyed it, so it’s not just me lol Can’t go wrong with their wings/​fries combos and they have great customer service!

I’ve tried these guys three times. Sucks every time. Seems they don’t give a rats ass and I have cameras on my property; seems to take them forever to get to my house, but only to deliver mediocre food or burned wings. Unreal. Nope. Never ordering from these guys again, ever.

This was not the worst wing place, but its certainly not the best.
I don’t have much to say because I didn’t dine in. I ended up at this wing place on a Sunday when most of my regulars were closed. I looked the menu up online and called ahead. The prices are a bit steep in my opinion and the wings were not bad, but they weren’t great. The service was super fast and the people were nice.
I think they should make a better menu, most wing places have combos and food that’s priced to sale. I don’t think a beverage came with anything on this menu. I will stay with ATown wings a little further up the street. :-(

The wings are great, and that’s what I go for! If you like them hot, the «hotter» are some of the best around — better than the 911 imho. Gyro is pretty good too! Delivery tends to take awhile, so either order well in advance or go pick them up would be my advise, but I generally find them worth the wait. I go there for good hot wings and am rarely disappointed. For comparison, I also think their «hotter» are both hotter and better than Taco Mac’s «death», but you don’t get the 100 varieties of beer to go with them here :) — of course, there is a drive thru liquor store right behind them, convenient if you want wings and beer on the way home!

Wings are decent but nothing to write home about. Customer service can be improved. Most importantly was the health score was an 83 (B) which puts it on my do not eat here list. May try it again if the score is consistently an A for awhile.

Here’s my tip: order the wings at a wing restaurant, otherwise you’re sure to be disappointed. I had the fish sampler with whiting, shrimp, & seasoned fries. Not only was the seafood fried entirely too hard, but the so-​called «seasoned» fries were bland. A friend had the wings said there were pretty good, though.

This was my first time visiting this place. I must say they had great customer service and 98 as their health score. Asked for my wings wet and they were dry as a bone. Lucky, I checked my food before leaving so that was a quick fix.
The med flavor wings were ok. I won’t try that flavor again, but will try this place again as well as try a different item on the menu. They have tons to choose from just in case you don’t wings. Future review coming soon.

So this place should probably be on my «It’s Whole In the Wall but the Foods Great» list but it’s not all that bad in appearance inside so it just barely made it off of that list. :) Once you get over the retro, vintage, cheesy look then it’s all good baby.
Upon arrival my niece paused while talking as she realized I was actually pulling up to «This place?» but once we were inside and the smell of delicious food made it down to her belly she was aight (alright)! My niece began to ask questions that I don’t think to ask like, «Is the rice fried?». «Are there vegetables in the rice?» «Can I get Teriyaki Sauce instead of Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing?». The woman immediately said «It’s not Fried Rice like at a Chinese Restaurant!» And then I thought «Oh Damn. Y’all aint Chinese?» I am sure this is because I don’t put much thought into a person“s race so much as I do how another person is treating others and myself. So, once I actually looked at the women I saw why she made it crystal clear that they are not selling «Chinese» food… Well it appears that her azz is not Chinese. But I think she’s still Asian. :) And I’m still not sure why she decided to tel us that their rice is not like Chinese Fried Rice. Maybe we look like we love some fried rice. Chinese style???
We both decided to get the wings. Although the menu has hamburgers, chicken burgers, turkey burgers, fish, salad, okra, cheese sticks, potato salad and much more in it. We felt like wings today. So Cajun Honey BBQ (HOT) and Cajun BBQ (HOT) were our picks. We also both ordered the Seasoned Fries, which I guess you have to request that they come seasoned «Like the one’s at Checker’s» per the cashier/​owner. We took a seat in some tight booths that reminded me that I need to lose some damn weight! Our food arrived about 15 – 20 after we placed our orders and the young lady/​owner brought our food over to us. I thought it was a very nice touch to have her bring the food to us instead of us having to go up and get it. My niece commented on the fact that the wings looked YUMMY and that they were actually wet without us having to request for them to be wet. I have been coming here so often that it didn’t dawn on me that a lot of places are a tad bit stingy with the sauce. My wings were a little sweet and a lot of Spicy. Just like me and I LOVED them! They actually taste like BBQ Sauce and Cajun spices. Some places all you taste is a sweet and spicy taste but these are exactly what they say Cajun BBQ (HOT) wings.
So all in all we both enjoyed our meals! I think that this place is a good 2^nd or 3^rd pick if I’m unable to get Taco Mac for wings. My total was $ 8.11 and my balling A niece had a soda so she paid $ 10 or $ 11. She now has this place as her wing spot when she’s in the area.

I enjoy Austell Wings. I experience good customer service and the lemon pepper wings extra crispy is the way to to go! :-)

Always been a fan of this place for years. They serve your basic American cuisine like hamburgers, hot dogs, fish, fries, and of course wings. I’ve had better wings at other places but they are the only ones in my area that delivers. Their mega salads, I ordered a chicken finger salad expecting a regular bowl and ended up with this large mass. There was so much I split the salad with somebody so you get your monies worth out of that. They get extra points for customers service, the manager is always friendly, asking how the family and I are doing, just a great guy.
