First impression; very clean bright professional office. Staff was more than helpful and accommodating. Doctor was very patient and informative, made suggestions without pushing or promoting any products or services. She listened and only did what I came in for, no pressures to do more. I appreciated that. Just went this afternoon, so will wait to see results, but suspect I will definitely be back again — it’s a bit far for me, but worth it to be comfortable with the staff and services.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cote’s for about 10 years and am very pleased with the level of care I receive. Her type of practice may not be for everyone as there is a fee akin to a membership fee. However, this means her practice is a concierge medical practice where you are assured of getting adequate time with her on each and every visit(I have never felt rushed) as well as extremely prompt phone or email responses as needed. Several member of her support staff have been with her for many years and are extremely attentive to my needs as a patient ensuring an always pleasant experience. A few years after she started offering aesthetic services, I decided to try Botox. I have been more than pleased with the results. She has an artist’s eye and is conservative in her treatments, meaning she won’t overdo it and leave you looking like a plastic version of yourself; you’ll look like yourself only fresher and younger.

I recently received a microdermabrasion here by Lyndsey Nirschl. She is very professional and answered all of my(many) questions! Since this was my first time getting a microderm, I was a little nervous but she walked me through the process and I was happy with the results. I noticed dramatic improvement in skin tone and appearance. The skin analysis machine thing was pretty cool too! It gives you feedback on sun damage, dark spots, bacteria, pore size, redness, and more. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely visit if you are in need of any treatments done, and ask for Lyndsey!

Dr Cote is amazing at knowing just how much Botox to use so u aren’t surprised looking. At the open house I saw an old friend Debbie that I since have had my first IPL with and my skin looks amazing. I’m hooked. Beautiful spa and close to home.

This is the BEST place to go for a facial and all your beauty needs! I went to see Sharaya Massey for a consultation… she is experienced, knowledgeable, and the sweetest person! I have suffered with acne, sun damage, and dry skin for the past year. After going to MD Cote I have seen a drastic change in my skin — no more breakouts, my skin is brighter and I feel pretty again. She knows what’s best for your skin type and will give you great advice and product suggestions on how to fix all your skin problems. I plan on visiting this spa monthly for facials with Sharaya. go see her!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cote’ for over a year. I’m very pleased with the way Dr Cote’ and her staff have taken care of my needs to look younger. Dr. Cote’ is an artist with fillers and took the time to really find out what my goals are, assessing my skin to determine my options. All of her staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable, and patient. The open houses at MD Cote are fun and informative with demonstrations.

Dr Cote is top notched. She takes her time — generally cares and is able to get you in the same day or next day. The staff for her office is awesome… they care

I made an appointment with Dr. Cote because I had a sinus infection, her office was nearby, and they could see me the same day. Dr. Cote was great. However, I soon received a bill in the mail for $ 350 for«Misc Non Covered Fee». When I called, I was told that this is a fee charged to patients to cover things like website access, same day appointments, etc. Seriously?!? I remember signing anything to this effect upon check in and certainly wasn’t told about it or I would have turned around and walked out. The receptionist explained that they sent out a letter in December to patients and that if you didn’t respond to the letter, then you would be charged the fee. As I became a patient in Feb, I obviously didn’t get the letter. The woman I spoke to was very nice and said she would remove the charge from my chart, but be forewarned. That kind of stuff is not cool.
