Ordered by FoodsBy. It was a BLT. I kid you not — there were four slices of cherry tomato(about 1″ in diameter, and 1/8″ thick). And a couple of pathetic pieces of bacon. It looked like the sandwich was assembled by an 8 year old. Way too much bread. For $ 6,25 it’s horrible. Actually it’s horrible for any amount of money. Skimpy — So many better chioces — Jersey Mikes or Jimmy John’s has this beat hands down.

Visit was on 9÷23÷2015 First time checking this place out. It’s neat as it’s pretty quick and painless. There are bags behind numbered holders. The bags behind the holders are specific to what type of protein you are looking for. The bag will have a checklist of what you want in your sandwich and you hand it over the the guy behind the counter. It’s quick, painless, and customized. I had the buffalo chicken with blue cheese on toasted wheat. The bread had a great texture when toasted and still have soft elements. The flavor was bold and left me wanting more of it. The only gripe I had is the price for the small. Yes it is 6″, but this a thin sandwich. I’d say it’s somewhat pricey when compared to other sandwich shops, $ 6 can go a lot further. But the taste is something you can’t argue with. Try it out if it’s your first time. Then you’ll know where your next sandwich is coming from.

Excellent Oreo Shake! I like the ordering system by filling bags out with what you want because there’s no shouting or mistakes. The meatball sandwich(hot!) Was delish. Customer service was top notch. I enjoyed reading the newspapers hung up on the wall while I waited for my Wich. Will be back soon!

Good service. Good selections. Fast. Reasonably priced. Really a good ‘chain’ sub shop with friendly, fast service. You can eat in or take it to go. They have everything from Phillys to Itallians to PB&Js for the kids. You can have your sub hot or cold. The cookies are baked and served hot… beware!

We visited here coming back from Albertsville outlet shopping. Well, my girlfriend said this was her favorite sandwich place so I had to try it out. I thought the concept was a little catchy with a brown bag to pick up and write your order on it. Afterwards, I got my gyro custom-ordered which was nice. They even punched the card a couple of times after I got a pumpkin spice shake. Overall, I would come back here since the gyro was a nice break from the common sandwich. Not too many locations so I could see why she wanted to stop here if it was on the way.

Been here several times and the food is always very good. Love the flexibility to get exactly what you want without having to hope you remember to tell the cashier everything, hope they enter it right, etc. This model is so much easier. All they do is heck to make sure you didn’t miss something. Even when they are busy they seem to push orders out quickly. The place is always clean and someone is always making sure tables are cleaned quickly so you don’t have to hunt for a clean one. Highly recommended.

I love, love, love how I can create whatever sandwich I’m in the mood for. Their crab and artichoke is exactly the kind of yumminess I am looking for in a sandwich and my husband can’t resist the fresh baked cookies. Don’t want a sandwich? Try a bowl or lettucewich instead! I’ve been to numerous Which Wiches in AZ and MN and I’ve yet to enter one that wasn’t clean, well managed and staffed with friendly people. The whole vibe is one of humanity and kindness. Favorite fast food place, hand’s down. Plus… Doodling on the bags!

I had to check out this sandwich shop on the suggestion of my kids. It is set up very differently. You walk in and on the wall is the menu and slots with bags. Each slot has a number and the menu tells you what number bag to take. Example: turkey, turkey club, turkey bacon(bag 1) chicken, chicken pesto, chicken club(bag 2) so once you get your bag you grab a sharpie. On the bag you check off which kind of «wich» you want, bread options, hot or cold, size of «wich» and toppings you want. You then write your name on the bag and had it to the clerk to pay and pick out any chips or drinks. There are also cards on the wall for cookies and shakes to fill out with options. I chose a chicken pesto, wheat, cold wich size large with pepper jack cheese, red onion, spinach, tomato, cucumber, oil and mayo. I also ordered a regular size chocolate malt and a sprite. I was less than happy that a sub, malt and can of pop was 17.46??? What?!? Okay, so when the lady handed me the sub, it was huge! I believe 14″. I could not eat half if it. It was ok. The bread was kinda like Erberts and Gerberts bread. I didn’t like how the toppings were not spread out very well. All the spinach was on the top and wayyyy too much pesto on the sandwich, I gave it a three star on my first experience because I thought it was way too expensive for what I got and because I believe the sub could have been better if prepared by someone who cared. I would be willing to try it again but would get a small sub and a water. The malt was very good!

Slow service, mediocre ingredients. But, what really helped a one star rating was a hair in their which which packaged chips AND a hair in my sandwich. It happens, but twice in one meal is unacceptable.

My mom and I stumbled across this place while Christmas shopping the other day. I was really excited that she wanted to try something new and we had a blast. To place your order, you fill out a sandwich bag/envelope in the category of base filling that you want. Then you list all of the different spices, sauces, toppings, etc. that you want placed in it. My vegetarian, black bean patty, heated, in a lettuce wrap, with an assortment of unique vegetables, and spicy garlic chili sauce was a hot mess. A delicious hot mess. So good that I cannot wait to come back!

Really yummy bread, fresh ingredients, lots of options(including sweet chilli sauce), delicious shakes, cookies, and the staff is just great! They all deserve a raise pronto! I will certainly bring back a friend or two because of the combination of good food and wonderfully friendly staff!

I try not to review chains since we all know what a McDonald’s is when we walk into one, that’s the whole point of it, but Which Wich was completely unknown to me until we saw the sign for it and decided to give it a try. When you enter a WW you choose your sandwich via paper bags hanging on the wall which are sorted into 10 different categories. The paper bag double as a checklist of what you want on your sandwich, choose your bread, cheese, veggies, etc, a delicious SAT if you will. Once you’ve completed your bag advance on to the register and pay for your food, the cashier will place your bag on a hanging conveyor line(I’m sure they have a better term for it) where it will proceed down to where you sandwich is actually made. PROTIP: Scribble something on the back of you bag so you see where your sandwich is in order of it being completed. When your sandwich is done your name will be called… you did remember to write you name on the test didn’t you… and enjoy! As for this specific location it appeared clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly to newbie and pro which wichers alike.

Awesome create-your-own sandwich options because of plethora of meats, toppings, and condiments. Ingenious ordering system requires you to write your order out on a sandwich bag which is then used as your ticket. At the end of the day Which Which is still a chain sandwich assembly shop but it beats the hell out of the other guys(Subway, Jimmy John’s, etc.)

I give it four stars for what I consider the fastfood deli category. I think the variety sandwich options that you fill out on your sandwich bag and handing it to a cashier is an efficient way if not novel way of placing your order. The meat seems to be of an acceptable quality, there are plenty topping options for your sandwich. This place is certainly better than Jimmy Johns, Subway, Erberts, and will give Potbelly a run for their money.

We ordered a few sandwiches from here and neither my husband or I were impressed. They forgot an ingredient on mine and the bread was so crusty it just made for a huge mess and literally left my mouth hurting. The steak was just shaved roast beef. When you say you make a steak sandwich, it should be just that. We won’t be going back.

I’ve never been to Which Wich before so I was psyched to try it. I scoped out their website ahead of time, and scored myself a free sandwich(with the purchase of a drink & chips) just for signing up for the Vibe Club — nice! I walked in just after 11 am & the place was already packed — always a good sign. The employees were more than friendly in explaining the«process» to me. I chose a pretty basic sandwich — the Club — and loaded up the toppings! I LOVE the fact that they have so much more than the boring lettuce & tomato. Flavored mayo, dips, dressings, & sauces, 3 varieties of onions(always a bonus in my book), & veggies galore! Yum! Overall my 7″ sub was well worth the $ 5.25 it would have cost me(w/o my coupon). My only wish is that they offered french bread(aka Jimmy Johns) along with the white & wheat options. That would take their sandwiches from good to the ‘amazing’ level!

Once again my custom wich was pretty good. I do have to say they have been getting quicker at getting the sandwiches out at a reasonable time. You gotta try this place.
