Never had such a bad experience at Jersey Mike’s before. I will definitely drive further to other locations. Staff was uneducated in food allergies and beyond rude when I told them it was not edible for me unless I wanted to end up in the hospital. Then The guy at the register gave me a total as I was telling the gal making my meal I couldn’t eat what she had made. To make it easier on myself I just paid for the food and threw it straight in the trash. Waste of $ 9!

Love this spot!
Super friendly staff with fresh made hot or cold subs. Never more than a 5 minute wait for food, the have all the cold cuts plus hot Meatball and hot Philly sandwiches.
Don’t like the bread? They have wraps too!
This place is small but bustling… they even have fresh baked cookies!
The drive thru just opened… have not tried that out yet!

Great sub shop with a lot of good options. I have tried several of the sandwiches and wraps and never been disappointed. In my opinion the Chipotle Cheesesteak is the best sandwich on the menu but really you can’t go wrong with any of the items.

Good bread with not a great variety of toppings but good. Slightly better quality of meats and cheese compared to Subway. Much faster assembly than Which Wich in the same strip mall.

Fast, fresh, convenient, friendly. The first time was so good I went back again the next day. The Philly Cheesesteak is just like sandwich shops in East Philly. I’ll be a regular visitor to this place.

Super cool looking all new store! I ordered two subs to go 1 hot and one cold all the 7 inch size! Jersey Mike’s famous Philly hot sandwich I ate on the way to work and was just so so really .not much flavor and could hardly taste the onions and peppers! Bread seems dry on both sandwiches, the cold sandwich I had was the original Italian which was better but really lacked flavor! I guess the price. at $ 15 for two sandwiches no drink is a little high for a fast food! Young staff was friendly but seemed a little disorganized probably because of the newness of the store! Will I go again possibly sometime down the road to see if they improved!

Been there twice. I was thrilled to get a new sub shop choice in Maple Grove. And, the store is really close to my house. Will never go back! Why? Both times I went, the counter staff were more focused on telling me how to order their subs than serving me one. It was very off putting, condescending and totally unnecessary. The second time I called my order in to avoid the counter staff. I apparently ordered a small hot sub, but they only make medium and large hot subs. The female manager (or so it appeared she was) starts lecturing me on that and making me feel like she did me a big favor by actually making the sub!!! Really??? I was both embarrassed and pissed off, I just scurried out the door. It’s a sub shop people. Message to staff: Shut up and take the order as spoken. And, the subs are nothing special. The Reuben sub’s corn beef was so salty I ended up tossing it out.

Tasty sandwich always wanna to try but we don’t have jersey mike in our area so when I saw I had to try it and was impress with it had two days in row there chicken and steak hot sandwich was very good
