TOTAL RIP-​OFF, STAY AWAY… I had never used this dry cleaner before but it was convenient to my work. Dropped off a pair of pants for cleaning, and inquired about repairing the clasp on the waist-​band. The nice young girl, asked the manager the price, I was told $ 6.50 for the repair, seemed reasonable, so I told them to repair the pants. When I went to pick them up, the price that they charged me was $ 13.50. When I inquired about the different amount, the manager, said «that’s the price that the tailor charged», and basically said… TOUGH! I have left three messages with their corporate office, and NEVER have received a call back… each time I called, some guy runs offense, telling me that there is no manager/​owner available, or that the only person I need to talk to is not there. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE… will never go there again…
