Today is Christmas Eve, and they are open until 3:30pm. Brad literally calls my husband just to let him know that we’ve received packages in case they are Christmas presents to come pick them up today. I mean thats pretty rare. Other locations can care less of when you pick up your mail as long as you pick them up. Tells you a lot about this ups. Never has one item of ours gone missing here. With usps… several times as well as the ups in Tracy. Although we don’t celebrate Christmas, that was a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you Brad!

I have used this store for both shipping and notary services and have been happy with both.
The good: Shipping is easy, staff is helpful and informative and if I am dropping off an item with a prepaid label they give me a tracking receipt. Make appointments for the notary
The needs improvement: Even though we made an appointment for notary, we found out they book more than one at the same time and it’s first come first serve which they do not tell you when you make the appointment. At times, the add on price for the shipping convenience seems a bit high.
Good in a pinch.
