Was in a hurry, ran by to pick up pre work out to run to gym before work. Store opens at 10. Sat in front of store until 10:15 waiting for it to open. Employee Mariano finally opens the store 15 min late. Then it takes him another 10 minutes to start up the register. All the while acting like he could care less. Horrible. If it takes 10 min to start up register you should probably get to work 15 min early not 15 min late so at 10 you should be open ready for business like the sign says

I went here a little while ago to buy some protein powder. The store itself is clean, well maintained and well stocked. I was looking for a no carb or low carb protein powder and I was looking at the different ones and checking their nutrition facts like a normal person would do and the guy working just kept staring at me. He didn’t ask me if I needed any help he just kept staring. I think that is so rude. he gave me the creeps. I asked him if there was a problem and he looked away. Once I found what I was looking for I went to pay for it and he looked at what I buying and looked at me with this weird look. Like he had some issue with what I was buying. Then he started asking me about some rewards card or something and I quickly declined to sign up because I didn’t want to be in there any longer than I had to. I will not be back. Ill go somewhere else for my stuff. I order online now actually. I think thew guy working was incredibly judgmental and rude. I can spend my money elsewhere.

GNC Manteca is my favorite nutritional store to shop at. The store is easily accessible, very clean, organized, and always stocked. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable about health, fitness, and the products they sell. They also have 2 certified top notch 24 hour fitness personal trainers on staff (Clemente and Joey) and a National Level Men’s «Physique» Competitor (Clemente)! The staff personally tries out/​uses the products themselves and knows what works best for the results you are interested in. They also have displays of products they group together of their personal recommendations for «building muscle mass, cutting down/​leaning out» which make it easy to get in and get out with products that will work for your fitness/​health goals if you are crunched for time. They also give out samples, or what I like to call «goodies» ;) of the newest products to hit the shelves. GNC Manteca’s staff personally cares about their customers needs and goes the extra mile to help them get to their fitness/​health goals.
