Starbucks

So disappointed. Have been visiting this location more often and never had such a bad experience. Went through the drive-​thru today. She handed my dad the one drink and says «have a good day.» We ordered two drinks and a muffin. My dad noticed he only got $ 6 and some change back when our total was $ 11.05, so he grabbed a $ 20 bill and a nickel, which he then handed her. So we let her know she gave us the wrong change, now all of a sudden she gave us a free drink and gave us the change for the supposedly $ 10 bill we gave her. My dad has never been that kind of person to lie, he’s actually one of the most honest persons I know. So she kept arguing with us that it was a $ 10 bill she was holding, to her there was no way my dad handed her a $ 20 bill. So she proceeds to ask if we want her to get the manager. By that time we had been sitting there holding the line up, and we had to get on the road, I’m sure everyone behind us did too. So we ended up leaving shorted $ 3 and her claiming she gave us a free drink. Pretty hilarious to me. Never going back to this location. Oh and we got hot drinks and she didn’t even put the hot jackets on smh. I hope the manager counts the register for her today (wink)

They have a great Iced Chai Tea!!! I get one or two a week!!! TRY ONE!!!

Had me wait in line just for my sandwich for 10 min, later gave me another one free and a discount, made up for the wait (:

Cons: Terrible service. This drive-​thru is always packed, and extremely few parking spaces makes it hard to walk in. Both times here my order was really bad, its kind of poor when I have to tell them how many shots go in an iced venti vs. a hot venti (3 vs. 2), wherein when ordering a quad it is often rang up wrong as a hot drink thus they try to overcharge.
Pro: located right off the ⁹⁹⁄₁₂₀ aplot, easily accessible.

20 minutes in the DRIVE THRU, I’d have left if I hadn’t been trapped with nowhere to go. Long enough to read 4 news articles and sing Bohemian Rhapsody TWICE. Best part? Calculate the amount of gas wasted just waiting in line and that $ 7 latte WASNT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED. so many angry words/​thoughts right now. And yes… I know their policy is bring I back and we will make it right, but why the F would I go back there for another 20 minutes? Thanks a latte Starbucks!

This Starbucks is ALWAYS busy but they somehow manage to move the drive-​thru fairly quickly! I’ve always been helped by a courteous barista and never had any complaints on the way my drinks or food were prepared. The parking lot is chaotic and I personally would never park in their actual parking lot for fear of never being able to back out due to the never-​ending drive thru line blocking the lot. My advice is to park as close to Jamba as possible or neighboring stores, or join me in drive thru as I inadvertently block some poor sap in the parking lot.

This is the worst Starbuck’s I’ve ever encountered. It’s always dirty, counters covered with unrinsed containers, trash on the floor – they need 5 corners Atwater training!

Starbucks is not your ordinary coffee. Most people claim its basic but to me no coffee nor customer service compares to what you get at Starbucks. Theirs no competition and Starbucks will forever be my number one choice!

Parking is horrendous so I picked the drive thru. BIG MISTAKE!!! I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then my drink wasn’t even ready! Simplest drink too, green iced tea (no syrup, no water, light ice). The girl didn’t even apologize for the wait and had kept interrupting when I ordered.
This one used to be a five star in my books, but since they started changing staff it’s really gone down hill.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Their drinks are consistently good, and the drive thru is open 24 hours a day!
Tonight I ordered a venti zebra mocha and it was one of the best I have ever had.
It is located right behind the In&Out on Yosemite.

This place is great, but comes at a price. I commute a lot towards LA. This is the only place on that path that says open ²⁴⁄₇. The only issue… SLOW. They also forget your orders at time. If you don’t get your cup within 5 minutes, say something.

Possibly the worst Starbucks ever. Dirty, messy and employees all having loud inappropriate conversations.

There was only one person in front of me. Or so I thought. Then we rounded the corner and there were two more… Waiting.
We were there for 25 minutes for a to go order. How do I know? I’m glad you asked. It is 3:59. We got there at 3:34. Thank you receipt. 4 people and only one making drinks… For the drive thru. This store didn’t look very clean either. Something blew up all over the glass and the glass was smeared too. This was beyond slow.
Thank goodness our orders were correct.

This one my worse experience in a Starbucks. The barista that took my order and the one that made my drink were fine. The condition of the eating areas, both in and outside was unacceptable. Not one table was clean. Another employee was chatting with the other employees who were diligently working, was so loud I went outside after attempting to find a quiet space. I will not frequent this location again.

Slowest Starbucks in the area. Great location off the freeway so it sucks that they can’t capitalize on speed. And they’re always out of the drink that I get and don’t tell my until I get to the window so it takes even longer. It has happened three times now.

Not a friendly morning staff. The cashier with glasses seem like she doesn’t want to be there and rather be back in bed. 610am. Except for one guy yelling Let go Raider and it not even football season yet.

It’s just an ordinary Starbucks. Never had a problem with it and they have nice service. Love free wifi there too.

Great coffee, but this location ALWAYS has a long wait time in the drive through. Leave a few minutes early if you are stopping here before work. Costumer service is pretty good, but not the greatest. Almost all of my experiences here have been positive.

I really enjoy most StarBucks, this time went through the Drive thou, had a bad experience. Fist off they were having problems with there headsets, mostly static, and Ordered 2 drinks, and tried to get 2 scones, but everything on there menu was out. They then stated it was because of the new item coming out at the end of the month. But every time i go here it seems like they never have any pastries. And well, if they are not carrying the items, why not take them off the menu?!
I also found when we pulled up to the window, it seemed to take along time, and the employees where just talking amongst them selves, one was even clapping at another, it was loud, even from sitting in the passenger of the car i was in. I thought i was at a popular bar on a friday night.
The Frappé’s we ordered even seems to be more liquidfied then frozen, and very syrupy.
If you are going to a starbucks, dont go to this one, its really gone down hill in there service.

I’m a Starbucks addict! I pretty much order the same drink no matter what Starbucks it is. I normally don’t come to this one because they always get my order wrong. Very bad communication skills. On occasion I do come to this one and give see if its improved. Out of all the employees they’ve got one who is normally the barista. She gets my drink correct but the person taking my order sucks. Only came to this one today because my regular one was out of a particular syrup I like. Never again!!!
