$ 3.00 to pay cash for your bill It’s like walking into a high school lunchroom with the table of mean girls gossiping about everything. Then to get into the age old debate of Android vs Apple with a customer and have a snarky remark for everything that is said when the customer says they have a problem with their phone. It’s cool I’ll just call sprint back a demand they send me a new phone because your rude repair center doesn’t want to work. WORSTPLACEEVER! Just goes to solidify why I won’t be renewing my Sprint service when my term is up. Bad service and bad customer service all around.

Every time i come here there is a wait time of at least 15 min. They currently have construction in their parking lot making an already cramped parking lot even less accessible. The service is mediocre and usually the problems i’m having are unable to be resolved. The most frustrating pay of paying almost 200 $ for full unlimited service is not being able to use it.

Honestly the nicest people i have ever encountered. They made sure my family and I were taken care of. Jessica made sure we were in and out, and sylvia helped my daughter pick out a case. The whole staff was really great. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this location and will always return here.
