Medical offices are clean, efficient and well kept. Emergency Department however, lacks desire. Its similar to something straight from a B movie. Dirty, dismal, non efficient and dirty dirty dirty. I actually had to call Member Services after a lab tech tried to draw my blood in the dirty waiting room, with no sanitation methods in sight. I gathered my things and headed to my car. That was enough to scare me.

have never heard such bullshit in my life. Supposed to pick up meds from Kaiser in Manteca yesterday well they told me to come back at 530pm. Well they still don’t have it and say tomorrow. I call today before I go and they say tomorrow again but I can look for another pharmacy. So I called Stockton pharmacy where I went to my appointment and they said they can not make it because they are short staffed.,. REALLY? WHAT THE FUCK! ?? Said I have to wait more days. I am on a bitch fit and that pissed me off. Not my problem you don’t have staff. SO no meds… Assholes will get a shitty review for sure!!!
