So helpful! They had everything you could need and even went above and beyond to make sure that we had something in a reasonable time frame! I live in Sac and would drive to Manteca they were so helpful! Also they’re running a couple of great promotions and we got everything we wanted and stayed under budget!!!

Very satisfied with my purchase and delivery here. The separate company that handles deliveries was prompt, professional and very careful when entering my home and being mindful of walls and door openings. The furniture itself is great quality. The customer service was wonderful, as they actually answered their phone which a nearby furniture store did not do, which lost them our business of over 5k. When it comes to deciding on a store to pick my furniture pieces, I always go with one that has exceptional customer service and cares about their customer. Will return soon!

Very happy with our new purchase of a Serta prefect memory foam gel sleeper with adjustable base. Peggy Rainey was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. The showroom was a lot larger then I was expecting, their inventory was huge and the quality seemed great. We’ll definitely be going back to purchase our sectional in the near future.

My husband and I were at Pet Smart next door and my husband said what’s Home Life, I replied, lets go in and check it out. We were greeted with the up most customer service from Ismeralda and Lisa. They are both very knowledgeable about the business and the furniture they sell. They were never pushy which is what I usually find in some establishments. We are so happy with our living room furniture and cannot wait for our bedroom furniture to come. I highly recommend you to stop by. They are having a big sale right now, so stop by and check it out for yourself. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Love the exceptional service we received from both the girls.

NEVER shop here!!! Unless you really like the car buying experience. LISA hovered over us like a hawk and even had the car sales mentality with such famous quotes as «I can sell you this one these are selling like hot cakes» which just 5 minutes later smelling a sale and «asking the manager» was ready to sell us the floor model. Super snooty people in this store, which is funny for the low quality knock off furniture that they are selling. Lisa told us that she will call Las Vegas depot and see how long it would take to get the furniture there, no surprise 2 – 4 weeks. Just a very BAD vibe in this store Lisa even whipped out a yellow pad of paper (car dealer) style and «worked the numbers» for us, «I’m gonna give you an awesome deal» & «if I sold it to you for that price I’d get fired» so if you fancy the haggle experience of car buying and want to be hounded the whole time you are in a store and can’t even have a conversation without Lisa or the Mgr following you like a car dealer, you will enjoy this place, HOWEVER, if you want a peaceful shopping experience without being followed like a criminal you may want to shop somewhere else. I only gave 1 star because I had to is there a way to give ¼ stars because that was more deserved. Steer clear of this place.

Although I didn’t purchase anything here, I must give big kudos to the awsom saleswoman «Peggy Rainey» for the great service! She almost sold me some nice tables. But I already had my heart set on a specific make and style, That unfortunately, Home Life couldn’t get for me. But I’ll keep them in mind in the future because of how well I was treated!

We haven’t received our furniture as of yet. But as far as customer service from Esmeralda, it’s definitely 5 star. We changed our minds so many times choosing a sectional, I’m surprised she didn’t kick us out! Even after we put money down on the sectional we came back and changed our minds again. She was still incredibly helpful. Whereas most companies, once they get your money, they don’t care about you. Not Esmeralda. She treated us as if we were important at all times.
Employees do not get a commission, which I think is good because it seems to keep business more honest and transparent. Nobody acts desperate to make a sell, which just puts so much pressure on me, I hate it. And nobody tries to upsell you.
I will update when I get the sectional, hopefully the quality is as good as the customer service.

We got a living room setup from Homelife for Christmas that consisted of a sofa and loveseat with a pair of throw pillows and a throw blanket, coffee table, two side tables, a rug, and a seven piece accessory set (two lamps, two candle holders, a decorative bowl, a picture frame and a vase). The estimated wait was 3 to 8 weeks because the sofa was low stock and all the items were to be delivered to our house. It was a lot of stuff that I didn’t want to move myself, so this was fine for me. If I could take half a star off only because of the issue with the loveseat but we did know that it was low stock when we picked it out we just didn’t realize it was going to hold up the delivery of the rest of the items. Being that we had basically no furniture during all of this didn’t help so they offered to send the rest of the order while they waited to receive the loveseat. It took 8 weeks to arrive and prior to delivery they told me that the loveseat would take another two weeks due to issues with the supplier so they let us go down and pick something else, so we got a chair and ottoman, AND the guy who helped us threw in a matching chair and ottoman! It actually worked out better as the loveseat would have been too large and would have looked cluttered in our small apartment and the chairs look awesome. It was nice to get to pick something different and in the end it was totally worth the wait. What a deal! The guys assembled everything for us too. Everything is super comfy and looks great I recommend going here. I’ve posted pics of all our items. Thanks Homelife!

My husband and I fell in love with a particular bedroom set and not only did they have the set, but they had it at the very lowest price (we shopped around). We just payed off our layaway for the set and are having it delivered next week, which is great.
We have been to the location in Tracy which is nice, but the Manteca location seems to have a better selection. There is no pressure to purchase, which is a huge plus! Esmeralda was the person who helped us each time we visited the store and she was able to answer all our questions as well as clearly explaining all our options for purchasing our set. We loved to flexibility to put our set on layaway! This will be our first stop when we need to make further purchases.
UPDATE: We started having a problem with some finish chipping on our headboard and footboard. I reported this to the store and sent in several pictures. They sent out a rep to personally look at the damage an within ONE WEEK we had our headboard and footboard replace at no cost. This is THE BEST service I have ever received from a furniture purchase. Would gladly do business here again.

Better than American furniture. Great customer service without being annoying. Love their set up. Although location is a little hidden.

I normally will shop at the Tracy location but I was in Manteca for some reason, and found this location! It is further back in the shopping center but still a pretty store. After looking for several months I finally figured out what bedroom set that I wanted to get. Not only did I get an AMAZING deal on the queen bed, dresser, mirror and 2 nightstands, I was still able to get a new mattress with the money that I had saved. I also had to pick up some of the cute accessories that they had all around the store. Will def be back soon!

WONDERFUL Staff and furniture! Very polite, helpful, and patient. Couldn’t be more satified then here. Came in here an hour before closing to look at a sectional (been shopping for all day) and there prices are the best compare to Merced and Stanislaus County, promise (shopping for weeks)! The manager accommodate to our wants as well as the staff and overall im still in shock how well we were treated, accommodated to us. Highly recommended anyone to stop by here first then anywhere else.
