Great customer service! Hands down the best I have ever had at a fast food restaurant!!! They make you feel very welcome. Came by our table to make sure everything was ok!!!

This is the worst Carl’s Jr. me and my family have ever been to if you guys are smart go to the one on Yosemite they have way Way better customer service and haven’t messed up on are orders unlike this one! So they forget my daughters quesadilla and my husband called them and talk to one of the stupidest «managers» named DAISY who told him she was going to write his name in the book that he didn’t need a receipt just tell them your name. so 3 days later he did. mind you he couldn’t remember who he talk to that day which he shouldn’t have to if she would of did her job and wrote his name like she said she was so when he told him his name «daisy» said his name wasn’t in the book and they couldn’t help him that he needed to come back once again to talk to the «Real Manager» so I called to speak to a manager and «Daisy» told me there wasn’t a manager there that she went home already wtf so who’s running the store?! She then told me well I’m in charge ok… so your a manager?! Anyway I Told her why did you guys tell my husband his name was in the book but never put it then blame us for not remembering who we spoke too I’m sorry that’s not are Job it’s your job to compensate your customers when you guys mess up so because you forgot to write his name we are lying are you kidding me then she hangs up on me WOW great customer service guys way to get your customers who pay your paychecks to want to come back!!! #GreatJobDaisy

I don’t usually comment about fast food establishments but this restaurant has great customer service, can only comment on the lunch time staff but they all check to see if you need anything additional and how the meal is… Great to see the employees here know the meaning of customer service

The workers were so nice. But the ice cream was freezer burnt. Give them a raise tho anyway idk

I got my food and it was correct!
Getting into this place was odd. The play area has something to do with the weirdness. They had a door around the south side, but it was blocked with a wet floor marker for whatever reason. I ended up driving around the other side and going through the front door – just me, not the car.
I ordered a beef taco, fries, and a small drink. It wasn’t totally inexpensive, but it wasn’t bad either. They got my order right, and it actually took less time for it than for the order ahead of mine. Up until a few days ago, I’d never ever had a correct order at Carl’s Jr.
Besides that, the food was good and hot, and the staff was friendly.

I like this Carl’s Jr because they have an outdoor play structure and tv’s inside. This location also makes decent food and they have the soda dispensers on the counter for the customer to get refills. I like not having to «ask» for a refill.

Not bad but I like the In and Out much better
