Red Lobster

When you go to a chain resturant like this you walk in with certain expectations. These expectations were met and exceed on my last visit to this location. My girlfriend and I went here for a late dinner on a Tuesday night. We were greeted instantly and seated right away. Our waitress was an absolute delight! She knew the menu frontwards and backwards. She was able to recite from memory what an item was, and where it was located in the menu book. My girlfriend ordered the endless shrimp and I ordered the new york strip and crablegs. The steak was cooked to my exact specifications and was juicy tender and seasoned great. The crab legs were good too, although it doesn’t seem hard to get those right. However, my broccoli delicious. My girlfriend picked the shrimp alfredo and the garlic shrimp for her first round. Both of which she said was delightful. Next she ordered the sweet habanero coconut shrimp. I tasted that sauce and I told her that it was one of the best sauces I’ve tasted, and I wish they sold it by itself. When we requested the check the waitressed asked if my girlfriend wanted to order more shrimp to go (as part of the endless shrimp). I thought this was awesome! I don’t think many other places would do this. Overall this Red Lobster exceeds expectations of its other locations with food its food quality.

I love eating here, and the staff is always courteous. Today is an off-​moment for one of the staff though, she was serving the table next to us, complaining about her arrest and disorderly conduct charge. While she said it got taken care of, that is beyond unprofessional to discuss personal business at work. If that’s how she acts normally, she’s inviting trouble. She’d be written up if I were her boss. Yikes! On the other hand, Andrea, our server, was beyond accommodating when I wanted to change the order I was putting in. I don’t like the linguini Alfredo due to its richness. She took the time to check a few things with the manager. They could not accommodate the request, but she took the time to check. That is outstanding. GIVE ANDREA A RAISE!

Ate thier monday so it isn’t closed 10÷3÷11. They are remodeling and its nice. For a chain seafood resturant the food is good. Service is also friendly and good. Raw oysters yummy.
