Terrible customer service. –Walked in and the door chimed. Heard voices chatting and laughter in the back. -«Hello?» –Waited 5 mins and left.

I usually do not have any problems when ordering from this Pizza Hut despite all other complaints from people in my neighborhood. Today, however, will make me rethink ever ordering from them again. My order came 20 or so minutes later than the time given. We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of bone-out wings and fries and spent $ 65 with the tip. We received bone-in wings with the wrong sauces and only 1 order of fries. All 3 pizzas looked as if they had sat under a heat lamp for hours. They were barely warm and inedible. We called and complained and they asked if we wanted them to remake them. No apologies or anything. Two hours after our initial order, we finally received our pizza and wings. Again, the driver never apologized or offered anything to make up for their mistake. My husband asked if he wanted the original order back as we did not want it. The guy seemed confused and asked my husband to bring it to his car. I normally do not complain but after the terrible service all around, I would not recommend this particular Pizza Hut nor will I order from them again.

Well I won’t be the one to ruin the perfect one star rating. To keep it short: How do you eat wings without sauce? No receipt. Bacon and cheese without the bacon.

I had all but given up on Pizza Hut but the new lineup had me intrigued and my family and I decided to give it a shot. Our pizza arrived on time but unfortunately the spinach and balsamic drizzle were accidentally left off of the pretzel piggy(piggy pretzel ?) pizza that we ordered. I called the store to see what could be done about this error and they gave me 2 options: have a pizza made correctly and sent to us or they would credit me for the error. We had already started eating the pizza so we decided to get a credit to use for later. I was them informed that I would get a $ 5 credit for the cost of the toppings that didn’t get put on the pizza.? Puzzled by this, I told them to just make a new pie and we would accept that instead of a partial credit. I was then told that when the new pizza arrived they would need the old incorrectly made pizza back for«inventory purposes». At that point I told the girl on the phone that these options are ridiculous and I would like to speak to her manager. The manage gets on the phone, her name is Faith. She asks me what was going on, and I told her about the incident and how these options weren’t going to work for me. She then told me she could give me a $ 10 credit for the mistake, mind you the pizza cost is $ 15.49 before taxes… I told her I was having a hard time wrapping my head around why this was an acceptable compensation for an incorrectly made pizza when she cut me off and told me she would give me a $ 15 credit and hurried to get off the phone. I’m not quite sure how or why this type of compensation for error seems appropriate for this Pizza Hut location but I know that I’ve never had such a difficult time trying to right a wrong with a restaurant/fast food business. Not sure if I’ll mess with this location again until it’s under new management.

Terrible service from this location! My kids and I waited 2 hours for our delivery, and it no-showed. After calling, they said they think they sent it to the wrong house. Whoever that was signed for it and took it! My house isn’t that hard to find, and they’ve been there a few times before, so not sure how that happened. Whoever ate my pizza and pasta, I hope you enjoyed stealing my kids’ dinner tonight! It should be noted that Pizza Hut was not at all apologetic and said they would give me a refund, but I would have to talk to the manager for that. I’ve called two more times and they were still unable to help me. I’ve decided to let it go but won’t be ordering from there again. Looks like I’m not the only one.

I don’t write reviews, when the food is not good I just don’t go back. But this pizza restaurant is literally next door from my neighborhood. Well, this past Halloween I ordered food online and was told by a confirmation email that my order will be ready in 30 minutes. My wife went to pick up the order, was charged $ 25 and made to wait. One hour later the food was not ready. She was not told why and how, not even an apology. Maybe a glass of water while she waited? Finally she told them to cancel the order, was asked for her credit card and was supposedly«credited» the amount. When she asked for the receipt, the lady behind the register left her. I called to ask about my refund and was told it will take 2 – 3 business days. 5 – 6 business days later my money has not been given back. I called the store and spoke with their manager and was told that she will call me back after she asked for my infos. No luck. A day later i called again and the same excuse was given– she’s too busy and she’ll call me back. No luck. So one day later I drove to the restaurant and was told that the person who knows how to refund is not around and that was that. She/the manager on duty went back in the kitchen. Like they didn’t care. Seriously this is an example of beyond bad customer service. Will never ever order from this place again. Still waiting for my money taken by Pizza Hut who didn’t even produce us our order.

I am not one to air my grievances USUALLY; however, what just occurred at Pizza Hut on Broad Street needs to be shared. After a very tenuous drive in that terrible thunderstorm from Carrollton and having to take my son to swim practice at the natatorium, I decided to order one of the daily deals from Pizza Hut. I made the order earlier with a pick up time of 6:30 p.m. I arrived at 6:38 p.m., and the young lady acting as cashier apologized and told me that she needed to make my wings and that it would only take her a minute. No biggie. There was another customer waiting on an order; so I moved to the left side of the counter, which gave me a view of the countertop of the kitchen area. The cashier went back to make the wings and immediately turned around and said, «Ma’am, my manager just told me she is making the wings and they’ll be ready in a second.» I thanked her and continued to stand there, looking in the kitchen area as I waited. I could not see a person, but I then saw a hand close a box of wings. There was a wing on the countertop(which had food debris scattered on it) and this ungloved hand picked up the wing and put it in the box. The cashier then walked around the corner and this ungloved hand handed that SAME box to the cashier, who brought it out and said, «Your wings are ready and again I apologize for the wait.» I was flabbergasted. I said, «I just saw someone pick up a wing from that countertop without a glove on and put it in that box.» The cashier apologized and said, «I’ll get them remade,» and disappeared. She then said, «Faith, she saw you pick up a wing from the countertop without a glove on and she wants new wings.» The cashier, the wing box and the ungloved hand then disappeared from my view. The young lady returned and apologized profusely. I then said, «I’m sorry, but I do not want any wings as I wouldn’t trust that they are being handled in a safe and clean manner.» More apologies. I then asked the young lady, «Who in this day and age and especially right NOW with everything going on about germs and viruses would handle someone’s food without gloves on and give a customer a wing from a dirty countertop?» The young lady was so apologetic, so professional. She was also NOT surprised, which is now very telling. She then went back and spoke to Faith about refunding the wing purchase. After several minutes, she brought the money and continued to apologize. There was a gentleman standing there, and I asked her who had done that, and she said, «It was my manager.» I then asked for the manager’s name and she said, «Faith Espinoza.» I wrote her name down, the information on the certificate of occupancy and noted that Faith Espinoza is listed as the owner. Perhaps actions like these are commonplace in the restaurant/fast food industry(I don’t know having never worked in that industry). However I do know that it is unacceptable to(1) pick up a food item from a countertop that has visible food debris on it and(2) to do so with an ungloved hand. We, the community, set the standards by which all businesses must abide in our neighbourhood. Ms. Espinoza, in her capacity as manager/owner, is setting a terrible example for her employees. I shudder to think of what she does or what she condones even further behind that wall. I will be contacting the company listed on the certificate, as well as Pizza Hut because we deserve a store manager/owner who cares more about safe and sanitary food handling.
