Are you kidding me? I just ordered pizza from the Mansfield at Holland Rd store and I call to see what happen with my order, the employee told me the delivery would be 2 ½ hours because they’re really busy? This is unacceptable… Worst service ever… Domino’s SUCKS

I stopped eating Dominos when they came out with their new garlic crust. The previous location I would order carry out from always seemed to forget to not add it to my order. I was reluctant to go back to them but once going to this location I am VERY pleased. The service is always phenomenal and my order is always made correctly. The pizza is never underbaked like the other location and the crust is always made the way I like. Love this location!

UPDATE: We have stopped ordering from this Domino’s. Of course it was great at first then came the issues. Technical issues when trying to place my order online which still has yet to be resolved(Wouldn’t allow me to submit my order because my phone number or credit card needed to be updated when everything was accurate and system just wanted me to go in and literally click edit and save in order to place order) Last few times we ordered the delivery time was an hour when I was quoted 30 – 40 minutes. The driver would call me to apologize about being late. Pizza was congealed and barely warm so we would put it back in our oven to warm back up. Even with the fancy car with an oven in it, the pizza was still lukewarm. One time I called the store to find out what was going on and they apologized and said they had to redeliver another customers order first. This domino’s pizza is 13 minutes away from my home so to wait an hour before or after dinner rush is unacceptable to us.

We live about a mile from this Domino’s and order at least a couple times per month. The majority of time it is fresh and hot when delivered. Usually takes about 20 minutes for delivery. However there have been times where it’s taken longer and once we had to pick it up ourselves because the wait time was almost two hours. Although this is the exception, it does happen during peak days/hours. We’ve never had an order be completely wrong or not eatable. A few times we had to cook the stuffed cheesy bread in the oven for 10 minutes because the center of the bread was a bit doughy. Overall fairly consistent food. Never order a side of marinara sauce. They have never delivered it, ranch ok, but the 5+ times we’ve ordered marinara it didn’t make it. If you live very close to this dominos like we do, you can expect quick service and a fresh hot order. But this location doesn’t stand out as compared to other locations we’ve ordered from before.

They did not make the pizza as I ordered it and refused to deliver the correct pizza to my house. The manager was not very helpful and did not provide good customer service. After reading other reviews it seems that this Domino’s has a habit of not making the correct pizzas. I will be going back to Papa John’s for now on.

The pizza was good but the service was horrible. Placed the order online. Waited outside for the delivery driver and saw him zoom past the house. Granted, they did try to call me but my phone was inside(didn’t realize I needed it since I was outside). When I called back up there they argued with me and were very rude. They offered to re-deliver the food or refund my money. I ended up with the refund and pizza, but it was overall a bad experience.

Okay, like the people in those Domino’s commercials, I grew up having the Domino’s «cardboard» experience. I mean I’m sure the pizza container had more flavor than the pizza. So I was definitely someone that had to be converted to this new Domino’s thing. I must say that they’re making good pizza at the location near me. I can’t speak for the nationwide thing, but the location near my neighborhood is serving it up good and quick.

Visited this location because I was in the area. Seems to be fairly new, the inside of the restaurant was clean but seemed understaffed. Only one person was doing the pizzas and he was the same person who rung up my order when I arrived at the register. One thing that irked my nerves was how the guy working the register just let the phone ring(to the point I became aware the phone was ringing and it was becoming bothersome that NOONE would answer it). By this time, a second worker had waltzed in to the kitchen area and didn’t bother to answer the phone either while the guy completed my order.(If I was the person on the other end of that line I would have been pissed it took THAT long for them to answer only to tell me to hold). My pizza was hot and made exactly how I instructed on my online order. However, it must have been cut hurriedly because three or so of my slices ended up torn halfwaywhen I tried to pick it up(as opposed to being able to pick up complete slices). I didn’t care for the sweet mango habanero wings. I was expecting it to be a perfect blend of a spicy, fruity sauce similar to the mango habanero flavored wings at Wingstop but this doesn’t even come close. The sauce seemed goopy and while you definitely get the spicy flavor of the habaneros, the sweet mango aspect of the sauce leaves a lot to be desired. It was more along the lines of an orange glaze found in orange chicken dishes. The sauces are extra but garlic sauce, although it is not included in the pizza boxes, can be added for free if you ask but from what the guy told me, this is the only sauce that is free of charge. All the other miscellaneous sauces are an additional .50 cents. I presume because this is a newer location that maybe they are still undergoing training, which could explain some of the employees’ hiccups I observed at this Dominos. *shrugs*
