The ice cream and toppings are great and don’t taste stale like you would assume because they have so many options. But, the place could be a lot cleaner and when I happened to go, all of the ice cream was really melty. For the higher price point, I expect a cleaner environment and really cold ice cream.

Overall this place is good, don’t get me wrong. Just the combination I had chosen was Strawberry Banana Rendezvous was not a good look. By the time she handed it to me the like it size, it was a soupy, melted sloppy mess! And when your paying $ 5 and some change I just wanted to enjoy it and unfortunately this time wasn’t in my favor. They did help and refund me though because I didn’t want to try another flavor at that point, so I appreciate that. I will probably try it again but not anytime soon.

Attendants did no appear to care about the cleanliness of the place(dirty tables, napkins). They were friendly, but the place looked dirty.
