Kim Nail & Spa

I am literally getting a pedi right now. This place is so bad. I was left soaking for 15 mins with no indication if anyone was going to eventually start the process. So finally I asked the lady working on the person next to me and THEN someone came as if they had forgotten I was there. Mind you, the place was NOT busy by any means. Service is so slow and bad that I’ve decided I’m not even going to bother doing a mani. I’m going to nails by jordan after this joint. They didn’t even ask if I wanted my nails cut or filed. They just started cutting Omg. I have half a mind to leave.

These people were very rude and didn’t make me feel welcome, they spoke there language after I would respond to one of there questions and laugh and look at me. I sat at the dryer and they expected me to know how to turn it on myself and got posed at me wheni asked why its not on and they spoke again in there native language and then turned it on vulgarly and walked away. horrible experience and will never return. if i couldi would rate zero.

Needed a quick gel manicure fix… and wasn’t finding so many Nail Salon reviews in Mankato on Unilocal.
So… i took the bull by the horns, and tried a new place to me.
And I’m pretty sure that i did well! First I called the salon, and very friendly voice greeted me. (Check #1)
Then when I arrived, there were about 4 – 5 current customers. (Good sign… check #2).
And then… about 5 min into my service, a group of about 10 ladies came in for a bachelorette party/​prep before a wedding party… (great sign… check #3). I think i even overheard them say it was the best place to get your nails done in Mankato.
Plenty of pedicure spa chairs here… nice, clean, and organized.
The staff was super friendly to me. And my nails looked beautiful! :)
Oh, wait — only $ 25 for my nails too. Bonus!
