I found this place when my daughter requested a henna tattoo. We’ve gone back several times now to have wonderful little designs temporarily dyed onto our hands and arms for cheap. Always a friendly staff and lots of other nice novelty gifts and clothing.

this boutique is quite the little gem nestled in manitou. love all the funky hip clothes/jewelry/tapestries! I’m pretty sure all their stuff is fair-trade, plus downright affordable and reasonably priced. you can tell the staff puts extra tlc into taking care of the boutique and all its customers. super chill vibes. keep it up ladies! :)

The first time I went was with a couple of my friends and a friend from out of town. We all loved it and we were all attracted to the allure of the eclectic gifts and cute exterior. When we first went in, we were greeted by a lovely stuff and a great array of different products to buy including clothing, candles, matchboxes, books, etc. We bought soy candles(which worked wonderfully), as well as some clothing, which my friends still wear quite often. Before we left, we also got Henna tattoos and they were perfect. The employees were very eager to help us with them, as it was our first experience in henna, and we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything we didn’t want to. It was a great shopping experience. Would I go back? Yes. Would I most definitely recommend it if you’re in town? Yes!

Can I walk out of La Henna Boheme without buying something? The answer is yes. I know because I did it once, and once counts… right? I do not look down on myself for being unable to resist La Henna Boheme’s eclectic mix of wonderfulness during my other visits. There is lots of art and jewelry fashioned after Dia de los Muertos and Frida Kahlo, which I personally love, but also plenty of fun and funky jewelry and other knick-knacks that don’t really fit into any category(other than«fun and funky»). Make sure to check the back of the store so you don’t miss out on some cute clothes, and(my favorite) the 50% off rack. Best of all, none of their offerings will break your bank. Everything is reasonably priced. I enjoy feeling like my wallet isn’t being taken advantage of. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that they also have an awesome henna artist(!!!)(I love henna!), and offer super fun feather extensions for your hair. 4 stars out of 5 only because I’m greedy and I want more selections to choose from! You can find pictures and business info on their Facebook business page. Check them out!
