This is a brand-new hotel! And everything is spotlessly clean and well run. It’s everything you could want in a well managed, well appointed hotel chain that is very close to downtown Manitou springs. Parking was easy… The reception desk was warm and friendly upon our arrival. Great experience! The breakfast was typical hotel style continental breakfast — nothing special, but nothing bad. You could find enough to fill up on. The cleanliness of this hotel and the comfort level are well worth the cost of a nights stay

Such an enjoyable stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean as well as the pool and spa. They try to put smokers close to an exit, which is very nice since all rooms are non smoking. The prices are reasonable. The free breakfast includes a wide variety of food, from waffles and fruit to organic tea for sore throats and coffee. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean hotel. This place was recently remodeled so it is in excellent condition. Our room was large and included a fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was unexciting but there is a really good place for breakfast next door. The shuttle to downtown picks up close by and runs about every twenty minutes. I’d stay here again.

Nice, clean, and well priced. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was well maintained. We stayed for five days on our family trip to Colorado, we’d definitely stay again.

Having spent a week in Colorado in various cities, this stay was at the bottom of our list. We were told they only had 1 room left on Wed July 2nd because of the holiday weekend and we should take it because no where else around would have anything, so we did. It was the lowest quality that we stayed in all week — even compared to where we stayed July 3rd&4th. One king bed in a small room. They did bring in a roll-a-way for our daughter which barely fit after moving a little furniture around. On our way down the hall, we could hear a young child screaming at the top of their lungs. Thank goodness that was not directly across from us because we could hear it all. We were disappointed when we got inside the room, but tried to remain grateful that we had a safe and clean place to stay for the night. We discovered after taking a shower that water puddled in front of the door and soaked the carpet, so we had to maneuver around that every time someone needed in the restroom or left the room. We could hear the people above us walking in their room which sounding like stomping. After awhile I came to the conclusion that it was a kid running around playing. What topped it all off is the cleaning staff waking us up at 8:00am. Admittedly, we don’t ever put out the«Do no disturb» signs on the doors of hotels. No one has ever bothered us so early in the morning anywhere else. We would not stay here again if we had more options.

Good value I thought. The hotel was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. They had breakfast which wasn’t bad, a decent continental. It’s a little further from town but their is a shuttle stop right outside that takes you into town for free from 8am to 10pm so that was good.

Staying here for our anniversary get away in a room with a jetted tub. Room is very clean & looks recently updated or remodeled. Towels are soft, fluffy & a good size, unlike the tiny, scratchy rags most budget hotel chains carry. However, the king bed is hard as a rock! Difficult to keep comfortable throughout the night. Staff is friendly & attentive & housekeeping respected our do not disturb sign when checking rooms in the morning.

Day’s Inn = a Night’s Rest. Offering reasonable rates, this new hotel in Manitou meets expectations within the category and area. There are a lot worse motels in Manitou, so this is a safe pick for families, couples, or friends. We didn’t have reservations, but found Day’s Inn while escaping a dreadful dirty cabin/lodge nearby after just 1 night. Compared to that place, this Day’s Inn is like a Ritz Carlton. The free breakfast was alright, but nothing special except DIY waffles. Free WiFi was easy to connect and use, but sites like YouTube were totally throttled and slow. The free indoor pool & jacuzzi were just what you’d expect. My biggest complaints are the thin walls and noise level from the people on both sides, the hallway(where kids & grandma seemed to be playing hide-n-seek), and the guy upstairs. For a new place, it was surprising how noisy it was until 1:30 a.m. Don’t you hate hearing other people’s conversations, TV’s, and… worst of all… their visits to the bathroom? Other than that, the room was pretty typical. I liked that the windows opened for fresh air. Housekeeping was terrific and very friendly while the front desk was totally competent. No complaints about the service. Days Inn was a clean and safe hotel convenient to Hwy 24 and Manitou Springs. It’s a good choice for tourists wanting something a grade above a motel or dirty cabin.
