Giving them 1 star is being overly generous. They should get negative 5 stars. Customer service is worse than HORRIBLE, these people are just down right nasty. They lie, argue make excuses, the even will hang up on you. Bad Bad people skills. They love to inconvenience you. Their greedy SOBs

HORRIBLE customer service. Incompetence. The technician was too lazy to even come out to install my Internet. Then they had the nerve to blame me for their mistakes. Look, all the reviews are the same. With Century Link, you’re dealing with a terrible bureaucratic company that’s run by idiots… and when you have a problem, you’ll be on the phone and on hold for hours trying to reach an intelligent person to fix the situation.

This is the WORST company to deal with if possible AVOID. Horrible customer service, the billing department has their head up there ASS. Continually had to call monthly to get billing mistakes corrected over & over again. The internet service states it has a 99.9% up time rate that is total CRAP, we were down for a week while the technicians tried to figure out the problem. This happened at least two to three times a year, something was updated or mis-configured and the internet was DOWN. STAYAWAY; try to find alternative resources for phone, TV and internet!!! NOTRECOMMENDED!!! They do not even deserve a star, should be minus 5 star service!
