Waited in an empty drive thru line for 15 minutes for 4 items that weren’t even close to being fresh… we were treated poorly by the drive thru help. Suprisingly the food order was correct for once, but the food and service were so bad it didn’t make up for it. This mcdonalds really needs the whole entire staff shit canned and start with people that don’t mind putting forth a small amount of effort in such an easy job (I say this with 8 years of fast food experience under my belt).

When I’m hungry and I’m in the mood for undercooked fries I come here. Somehow no matter the time of day the fries are always undercooked. Then if I am feeling confident I order a burger and when I ask for something not on it, they must think I want extra of that item.

I live down the road and come here pretty often. EVERY SINGLE TIME my order gets screwed up. I work in food service at a restaurant with way more turn over than this place and I do not understand how you people can fuck up an order 9⁄10 times. The last 4 times I was here every order was some how wrong. I either did not get what I ordered or it was wrong in some way. I have also been in when many others came in to complain about your shit ass service. Get iy the fuck together and hire competent people to make something a chimp can make. Ive known people that ride the short bus smarter than your employees.

Now that I have also eaten dinner here. Let’s say it was about 9:00pm when I did come in. The service was pretty fast since the place was practically empty. Although I have a complaint. They brought back the Cherry Berry Chiller, and for those who don’t know me, I LOVE that drink. Seriously. However, I think maybe this time it was too cold for me. I took a sip and suddenly got brain freeze. It usually takes about 5 sips to make my brain freeze like that, but I think it was too cold. Either way, its good for after rehearsals or before.
