Edited review: The man who works customer service, Brandon, is very helpful and helped me have a much more pleasant experience with Tuck it Away. I really appreciate his kindness and working with me on moving out of the storage. Even Alex, the guy who works in the office, was much more helpful on my move-​out.
I give 5 stars to the driver Alex who came to pick up my stuff and helped me load and unload even though he didn’t have to. I give 1 star to the guy who works in the office (I didn’t catch his name) who did nothing but complain about how much stuff I had as I was unloading, as if it were any of his damn business. Then he refused to give me a bigger storage room when I not only insisted but BEGGED and told him I didn’t care how much more expensive it was.

If you’re in Harlem, and you need a place to store your stuff, I can’t imagine how it gets much better than this.
Say hi to Alex if he’s there, he’s a great guy who’ll help you out with boxes and anything else you’ll need. The online billing worked well and I was in and out quickly thanks to their driveway and ramp that easily accommodates a ZipVan.
I really hope I’ll never NEED to store stuff again, but if I do, it’ll be worth the trek to Harlem to keep my stuff in good hands here.
