I visited recently and had a mediocre customer service experience. She didn’t greet me or look up when I entered. I asked the girl if she could help me find something that was similar to something the store carried last year(and described it completely), and she replied: «I’ve only been working here for like a couple months so I don’t know». «So…you don’t have anything like that? Well I’m looking for something for a __month old, do you have anything you like in particular?» «All the baby stuff is over there.»(While pointing without looking or getting up) I started to walk towards the table with the baby stuff and she says: «We’re closing in 15 minutes, so…» I could have easily picked something within 15 minutes if she had helped me, and I would have happily spent some money if she wasn’t acting like my presence was such an inconvenience. Took my business elsewhere.

This place is pretty effin adorable. I buy my amazingly cute nephews clothes here that are equally as amazingly cute. If you knew what my nephews looked like, then you would realize the scope of my love for sweet william. I am sad that I don’t have little girls to buy clothes for. I often wonder if I could squeeze myself in the size 8. True story.

Adorable alert!!! I found Sweet William by good chance, after parting Little Italy’s Annual feast. I noticed the tiny clothes in the window display and entered, in hopes of finding a cute gift for our friends and their newborn baby girl. The saleswoman was delightful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She recommended several onesies. I loved all of them and selected three. The collection was exceptional. Each piece of clothing was beautifully designed, created with the highest quality,(primarily) organic fabrics and materials. All of their products are made by environmentally and ethically-friendly manufacturers. I am relatively new to the baby-attire industry, but the prices seemed to be appropriate for the quality and style. [Insert«oohhh and awwwws» here] I found an adorable faux-fur winter hat, with ear-covering flaps and a tie for below the chin. I purchased two matching hats; one for the baby and one for her 7 year old sister, obviously the early favorites for the cutest kids of NYC, coming this winter. Impression: Adorable!!! Adorable!!! Adorable!!!
