They handle walk-ins very well. Mani and pedi were great! I will be coming back for sure. Convo entry located next to Starbucks too so you can grab a drink to enjoy while having your feet worked on staff is friendly and professional.

«Treat yo’ self» I came here on a whim(a Wednesday afternoon) to get«my feet did» and I was very surprised, in a pleasant way. I was a little apprehensive because I rarely see people in the salon and the previous reviews were not so great. Also, I was shocked even more when she told me that the establishment has been in business for 15 years. But, the service was very professional and the woman did a fine job on my pedi, which includes some sort of wax treatment. I do have to say one has to GOTOWORK on my feet. The pedi + the callus removal was 32 bucks without the tip. The pedi alone is around 25 bucks. I do not get many pedicures so I do not know how the price compares to other places. . If I am doing a solo pedi, I will return to this place.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I called and asked if I could come in for a mani, pedi, 1 nail fixed and my eyebrows waxed. I was told to come right in. When I get there I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. I got THEWORST Gel Pedicure. I was charged $ 45 for nail polish. The manicurist completely SKIPPED the rest of the pedicure process. They didm’t even offer to fix the missed steps only offered me a $ 53 dollar ADDON… I said«You didn’t do a complete pedicure for the $ 45 charge, what makes me think that for an additional $ 53 you would do that job correct!» What was even more maddening was the fact that they seemed so nonchalant with the situation. As if they were used to people complaining. NEVEREVEREVERAGAIN!

Definitely a good place to try out. I brought my own color there and it took me less than 30 min to finish up everything with high quality.
