Slow and rude staff honestly. It was empty and they took 3 – 4 minutes to get me my iced coffee?! Literally the simplest drink — or so I thought. The taste was on par with the other Starbucks.

I’ve been to the Starbucks on Pearl a few times, but they must have just renovated because the space situation in there has become significantly better. There is more seating and openness in this Starbucks than there was before, which is what I think the main issue there was since it’s usually pretty busy. Might be worth going back there if that was the issue anyone is taking with this Starbucks. Although they also don’t have a public restroom for patrons, it’s for staff only… which is pretty unusual…

No public restroom, even for customers?! It’s right there, I can see it, and they barista told me it’s staff only. My cousin got a coffee, which was never announced and just put on the bar with another. Both were unlabeled, so she played coffee Russian roulette. I won’t be back. There’s another Starbucks right around the corner.

I order a caramel waffle Frap and the Bartsia forgot to put pieces of waffle cone and dark caramel sauce. Never coming back here again.

No Splenda at the counter, when I asked for some they said there is none in the store. Also, my girlfriend asked to use the bathroom and they said«no public bathroom». After we paid for two cappuccinos.

Complaint is the same as always. When I ask for a coffee, I expect it to be HOT, not just warm, HOT! Get it together.

I’ve been coming here for around 6 years and now that will come to an end. The current employees are rude and no longer allow you to use the bathroom even if you buy something. This location DOES have a bathroom. I’ve used it many times, but now customers are no longer welcome to use it, so BYEBYERUDE baristas!!! I’m done here!

Not terribly busy, still managed to take nearly 20 mins for a double shot and no bathrooms. Unfriendly service. Blah.

Cashiers in this location are very rude. That’s it. This is the only time I experienced this at Starbucks

Would not allow PAYING customers to use the restroom. Shame. I purchased to beverages, then asked where their restroom was and was told that I could no longer use it. It is clearly marked, visible and accessible to the customer area, but for some reason is forbidden for customers use.

Big fan of the WiFi and Coffee. Big fan of the chocolate croissants and breakfast sandwiches. Not sure why they aren’t open 24 hours but that would be nice.

The worst Starbucks in the FiDi area. They are extremely inefficient in the morning. Very slow considering how long the lines are at any Stabucks in the morning. For example my friend gets the drip coffee and she had to wait 15 minutes to get her coffee after she ordered it. Furthermore, I came here one afternoon for a ice cold drink last summer — the line was very long again. The main problem was I specifically asked for more berries for my cold drink — they gave me only 3 – 4 berries. This wasn’t the barista’s fault. I inquired if they could’ve added a few more — the store manager told the barista that 3 – 4 berries were the limit per company policy. Are you kidding me? I’ve been to numerous Starbucks around FiDi and midtown. Never once had anyone refuse to add a few more berries. Bear in mind, I ordered the same drink for years. Shame on you store manager for misleading customers(for whatever reason).

This is THE best starbucks location in fidi! People here remember your name and favorite drinks by heart! They’re so welcoming and always brightens up my morning!

I have come to this place for 2 years. I order ICETEA with no additional water. I was just told that they refuse to serve it that way anymore. I will not be returning

I know reviewing yet another Starbucks. Not my preferred Starbucks in FIDI. Service is generally bad. So if you get mediocre service you are happy. Yep it’s that kind of bad. Only go here when around Hanover Square and they are the only coffee open.

This place is busy and having only one entrance and exist, it gets crowded pretty easily. The staff was friendly, but efficiency was lacking. Someone did take my drink order before I made it to the cashier, but it did’t quite make transition to the espresso station. While I waited for my drink not to be made, I did enjoy people watching even though I was smashed up against the window bar seats. I’m not sure how these could ever be occupied because of everyone waiting for their drinks to be made and then having to squeeze passed other customers to sneak out of the store. Anyhow, once I realized the three people after me already received their drinks, I asked one of baristas about my drink, he apologized and started making it at that moment(it was a grande iced americano so it didn’t take long). I will say that I liked the fact that they put two of each type of milk creamers at the condiment bar and for as crazy it was, it was well stocked and very clean. I can’t imagine waiting for the warmed food that you see at other locations and I would probably advise against it. Get a pre-made snack from the refrigerated cooler, get you drink, and get out and don’t come here if you are claustrophobic ;)

Nothing saves the day on an sleep-deprived trip to NYC like a double espresso. This reliable solution to life’s problems did the trick, again!

It’s hard to go a city block or two in the FiDi without finding a Starbucks. While this isn’t a «full service» Starbucks, it gets the job done. It’s a scaled down joint, focusing on the essentials. What I like BEST about this Starbucks is it’s proximity to the Holiday Inn on Nassau St. What I like least would be the hours of operation. It is truly scaled to the hours of the district. Still, it’s a good place to grab a Venti Black eye & some baked goods if you want an upgrade to your caffeine experience.

It is a Starbucks location and I’m a recovering Starbucks junkie so I can’t give them a 1 star even though that’s what the service here deserves. The girl at the cashier was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Guess what, I would rather you not be there as well with that attitude. It’s 11AM, fatigue can’t even be your excuse at this point. Then, I had to wait a VERY long time for my drink. Why is there an order when you don’t follow it. No reason why 5 people who ordered after me should get their drinks BEFORE me. Upsides are wi-fi and a clean sitting area, as well as what I would describe as bar seating. My drink was fine when I came so maybe I’ll try stopping in at a different time for better service.
