NEGATIVE5 stars!!! Feel like shopping in an unfriendly enivorment and being treated like a fool, then your at the best place!!! This rite Aid is always rude to customers, managers are just as disrepectfull as the staff. Attitude is given when asked a question, or complaints. They pick and choose what coupons are except able with no explanation. Wrote a complaint about this store an after 3weeks still and nothing. I’ve told friends an family to discontinue to shop here. I’ll take my business else where.(good Sales) merchandise are not ordered properly, and God forbid you ask for a raincheck… * if you shop here at the very least DEBORAH a sales associate is EXTREMELY friendly, kind, and is the ONLY one that meets n greets you! She needs a bonus $$ just for putting up with her co-workers. (forced to give a star)

The worst pharmacy ever! The place per-se in not that bad, but the customers assistance it’s terrible. Both in the shop part that at the pharmacy, most of the people working there have never been helpful for me. I have been goi g there for over a year and a half and today I decided that was the last day they would see my money. The line it’s always awfully long. They lost 3 times pictures I tried to print And at the pharmacy section they don’t give you information if you ask for(neither were could you find a particular medicine or so on) and every time(EVERY) I went to get my refill there was some problems, even if I have a periodical refill I don’t think I was ever able to get the first time I went there. They don’t care! I am changing pharmacy this week and going to give my money to some local pharmacy in the neighborhood… Terrible!

The store itself is well stocked with a clean and inviting atmosphere — however, all the good things are quickly forgotten once you approach the endless, never-moving line at the front. It’s always such an obnoxious wait and really detracts from the experience. A few self-checkout lines would be immensely beneficial…

This place can be so frustrating! There is almost ALWAYS a line at the pharmacy AND the regular check out and it moves at a snail’s pace. There aren’t enough people helping. There are boxes everywhere and they are often out of much of the selection that I need. The stock is inconsistent. I will say, if you get a chance to talk to the employees, they are all nice people– too bad they are stuck in a bad system. Management? Franchise? Who knows? Hope their jobs are more amenable than the staffing and inventory seem to be.

Incredible, first they told me 2 hours, after two hours I called the pharmacy to check if my prescription was ready and they told me come pick it up in an hour, an hour later I show up in the Pharmacy and I was told to wait another ½ a hour UNREAL.

Selection is good– the issue is the staff. There is nearly always a long line with typically one cashier ringing. Last time I was in there was an associate standing by the door playing on her phone– not sure what she was doing, but it would’ve been nice if she jumped on a register and helped ring.

Overpriced and boring store… And what is up with the little protection glass in front of the deodorants??? They once in a blue moon has a decent sale on that I would be interested in but I would never go there without a sale because the prices are high for a store that has so many chains. It is not really easy to find things unless you have been there enough to have looked on every shelf on every isle. And I do not like the protection glass, it is rather annoying. You can barely take out a deodorant because the glass is so tight. And if you do get a decent sale you will have to stand in line forever. I once experienced a line of 15 people with just one in the front to expedite and there was a second person behind the counter just stocking their items. I would have thought that it would be better for business to stop what that person was doing and expedite the ones on the line. Because people got annoyed people left without purchasing anything… with good reason… and not very good business for Rite Aid.

There’s always a long line here, always. But other than that they do cover all my Rite-Aid-eesh needs. The staff has always been very pleasant. I’m docking a star because this might be the only Rite Aid in NYC without a Chase ATM. Even Chase says that there’s an ATM there, well, there’s no ATM

So… I called in my prescription to this location, showed up to pick it up, and was told it was filled at another location that they couldn’t specify. Me: «How’s that possible? I called it in to THIS location?!» Them: «Well, it appears that you had prescriptions filled at another location before and they refilled it.» Me: «That DOESN’T make sense.» Yes, I could do the back and forth numerous additional times, but you’d get as annoyed as I got being argued with, in circles no less, by the pharmacist. Heck, he couldn’t even tell me where(which Rite Aid) the prescription was filled?! Talk about POOR internal company communication on top of poor communication in general. I needed the medication I arrived to pick up and the pharmacist, instead of being accommodating and saying«Let’s just cancel the prescription at the other location so we can fill it at this location,» decided that arguing with me was a more productive thing to do. SO…long story a few words shorter… I just transferred my prescriptions to another chain(that just called me to let me know they’ll be filled shortly! Now THAT’S customer service) and taking my business elsewhere. The lack of inter-store communication coupled with the general disinterested and combative communication of Rite Aid pharmacy employees(I’ve interacted with several at a few different locations) does nothing to make me feel like my business is appreciated or even welcomed. Kiss it, Rite Aid. BOTTOMLINE: Grossly lacking customer service and customer interest. AVOID this location(or Rite Aid in general) if you can.

The pharmacy staff is pleasant and helpful most of the time, but like everyone else, they have their off days. That’s the best thing I can say about this store(with the exception of the cheap beer), but because most of my time there is spent filling prescriptions they still get a three. I have gone through long lines only to have things rang up incorrectly more times than I can count, and the«one hour photo development» seldom takes less than three days.
