Their inventory management could be better. Some of the security folks are nice while others take their job too seriously. I’m a bit perturbed because i carry my own grocery bag to be environmentally friendly and yet I am harassed at this store. Also some of the cashiers are pleasant others are not. Get in and get out.

It sounds so silly that I’m reviewing a Rite Aid. I was craving ice cream so badly and at checkout, the guy if I had a Rite Aid card. I didn’t. He just said okay and gave me the discount anyway! I’ve seen this guy working late nights and he is always so polite and friendly. The other staff members seem kind and welcoming as well. Even though the prices are annoyingly high, if I need to run to the convenience store on my way home, this is where I’ll stop.

Occasionally, the store has good sales but be careful coming here at night. May be a bit dark around the area and less frequented. Good news is – you’re near the local precinct.

Much improved over the years.
Prices are much more reasonable than Duane Reade prices, the staff is overall chill, and — here’s the best part — they stock way more and better now. Items are current, I guess.
They re-​modeled the aisles not too long ago. I’m not a fan of the new structure, probably cause I was used to the old way, but oh well.
With the improvement of their inventory, I’m a fan of this Rite Aid.

Service in New York isn’t always the best (no secret), but this is by far the worst staff you will find in a drugstore. The staff is just flat out rude and racist. I work in the area and drop by often out of convenience.
Today was the last straw and I felt inclined to write a review. I see them bullying their Chinese customers all the time at check-​out. You don’t have to smile, at least don’t bully other people because you think you’re superior and entitled — let me remind you that you’re working a customer service job at Rite Aid.
Suggestion to management — hire who your neighborhood serves.

Open 24 hrs which is great if you need to grab something since there aren’t any duane reades or other convenience stores open late down in the C-​Town area. Selection is pretty lacking but if you needs Meds or munchies you should be able to find some here.

I just got my photos printed there and they came out damaged because their printer obviously wasn’t working, and the cashier woman didn’t even care! and charged me full price! :(

It’s a bit messy in here which is the same as other Rite Aids. Hey, I came here for an item featured on their sale circular… one buy get one half off. There was two left on the shelf… satisfied…they could really stock up more on their shelves. I bought the last two. The inventory is quite skimpy.
The next person after me is going to be MAD when they don’t see the product on the shelf. I hate that. I hate it when anyone advertises something on their circular. and all you have is a stupid raincheck to show for it. How am I supposed to wash my clothes with a raincheck!!!
Please keep the stock on the shelves! I hate rainchecks!!!
