Man these guys are great. This was for a non-​functioning split mini AC unit. Found these guys on Unilocal after the manufacturer sent in someone who was impossible to get in and had no idea what was going on. These guys are very professional on the phone and very easy to communicate with in person. Darwin called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Did not start doing anything until had a clear picture from me what the issues were. Worked very well with me in trying to diagnose and figure out where the problem was. Made sure repeatedly that whatever he had to do was ok with me. Explained everything that he was doing. Thanks Darwin. I now have and HVAC guy. You should too…

I called Pro Quality Repair to fix my freezer and needed to get it fixed ASAP before all my frozen goods melted. They were professional and came within the time frame they promised. The repairman knew what was wrong right away. In addition, Steven, who I was in contact with explained everything to me before the repair man came so I wasn’t surprised with any fees. They are also reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again!

I used Pro Quality Repair to diagnose, then repair a refrigerator and range in my Washington Heights apartment. Darwin was extremely professional, quick, knowledgeable and courteous. Hopefully no more appliances go on the fritz, but if so, I’ll be calling these guys for sure! Great service.

GREAT AND QUICK SERVICE! I was having issues with my fridge and called a couple places and this was the most affordable and they were able to respond quickly. The repair guy was nice and my fridge is on point again. Im a new home owner and I am sure I will be needing services again and will def call this spot again.
