Perfect Carpet & Rug Cleaning

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They lost my rug for three months and still expect me to pay several hundred dollars. Look at the receipt — No item number. No address. No nothing! This is a fly by night operation, and I can imagine they steal carpets if they are valuable enough.

Perfect has been cleaning my area rugs for more than a decade. In all that time, I’ve seen nothing but friendly, competent, professional service. Friendly human beings answer the phone, give you a solid quote, answer all your questions, and schedule your job intelligently. Your rugs are cleaned perfectly, repairs are done at your request, rug pads are recommended and supplied.
The delivery guys are sweet, strong, fast, and very knowledgeable. Amazingly, there’s almost no employee turnover; I’ve been dealing with the same guys all these years. For an extra fee, they’ll put the rugs back exactly where you want them, no matter how picky you are. (I usually tip them on top of the fee. Laying large rugs properly is almost impossible for mere mortals.)
Note that it usually takes a week to get the rugs back. Then run barefoot from room to room – one of life’s small pleasures.
