This place is the worst place I have ever done business with. They were very unprofessional, I called about 7 times within 3 weeks to just get a run around about my Boss’ rugs for them to tell me they will call me back and no-​one ever did. I still haven’t gotten one rug from last month and yet again they told me they will call again. Do not call this company for anything they are so unreliable and unprofessional. They don’t even keep their delivery times, they were supposed to deliver on Saturday between 12 – 5 and never came. I do not recommend this place at all.

Bait and switch! I called for an estimate and they were the lowest of the companies I called. They had a good review so I decided to give them a try. When the truck arrived the price doubled! And, they didn’t get one of the stains out of my carpet. next time I’m going back to Bloomingdales rug company. They would have been the same price and they probably would have gotten the stain out.
