I didn’t even have makeup on before my hair started falling. I had my boyfriend call them and let them know what was happening because I was quite busy with getting ready for my best friends wedding so I didn’t have free time. They told him they can send someone to fix it. He had to call me and confirm that it would work so he said he would call right back. I told him that would work! Well what happened when he called back? They put their phones to ring directly to voicemail. WHAT??? Talk about horrible hospitality. Not only did I spend $ 60 on the worst updo I have ever had and didn’t get my money back but I also looked like. CRAP!!! They better fix this and make it ok or I’ll make sure to never go there and tell others not to go there.

They did a great job on my sister and I’s hair, we were bridesmaids in my sisters wedding so we both had updos with a hair clip. I will come back the next time I need my hair styled.

. Any and every color service I’ve ever had done has turned out perfect. Their ability to mix and match colors has ALWAYS yeilded perfect results. The comfort of experience and pleasant environment make each visit quite the treat. Also the spa holds a huge array of different kinds of facials, massage, body treatments, and deluxe pedicures. Anti aging, acne, peels, microderm. All of which can customized to your skin. This is my place of choice to get a pampered. Reasonable prices for outstanding service. It’s a place that makes you feel in hair heaven and spa splendor.

I originally found this salon when in search of Aquage and Redken products. I was new to town and in search of a new stylist. I called the salon and was treated very kindly and was able to get an appointment seemingly right away. I am very particular and loath trying to find someone new that I can trust to cut my hair when we move. This salon ended up being the perfect fit for me.
I was greeted in a friendly manner. Offered a drink and directed to the waiting area. Alison was my stylist and did not leave me waiting long at all. That is a huge plus. She listened intently to what my wishes were, made suggestions and asked many questions to make sure that we were on the same page. She began with a shampoo that included a head and neck rub — super relaxing and yummy smelling. She did a great job with my cut and I left pleased and feeling beautiful. They offer many services via the web, appts, specials, etc — which is great. If you are a client you can go back anytime for a free bang trim.
The only negative I could find is that there is no partition separating the waiting chairs and the styling area. The day I was there (having a short, relaxing break from my own children) there were three children waiting for their mother that made my experience a slight bit less relaxing than I would have liked.
All in all I am very happy — will be a repeat customer and would highly recommend this salon.

RACHEL HARRIS IS THE BEST!!! No joke, I am the pickiest person when it comes to my hair. I’ve had the lovely experience of having my hair done by the same salon/​stylists for the past 6 years on ad off and am always nervous to try a new salon since I no longer live where my favorite salon is located. BUT, Rachel Harris at hair experts is amazing! I had brown hair wanting to go blonde and told her my hair has multiple colors underneath the brown and she said no problem! Walked out looking like Blake lively and am so excited to go back and get my hair done again!

My girlfriend and I went to Hair Experts for a mani /​pedi and we were tremendously disappointed. This salon is clearly not set up to do nails and it was probably the worst mani /​pedi I have ever received.
My cuticles were completely ignored, she only filed my nails despite my request to have them cut short, the polish job was streaky and I requested that she re-​do two nails completely.
For spending two hours in the salon and paying $ 55 + $ 10 tip, I should have walked out completely relaxed & feeling fantastic about the service, and had beautiful fingers & toes. Instead, we were both incredibly disappointed. My nails needed a polish change three days later.

I visited the salon for a manicure and pedicure– the «spa» selections. I wanted to have an experience that offered me a quality job in a clean environment. As far as the cleanliness, it definately was. However, the actual manicure and pedicure were terribly lacking. I figure for something like 65 dollars total, I had better get a pretty good massage out of the deal. There was no massage for my hands and a pretty sad one on my feet. While it was a mostly pleasant environment, my hands and feet were left aching for more. I wouldn’t go back for these same services again.

I visited the salon with a wedding party to get our hair done for the wedding. We arrived a little early and they were able to get started with us right away and had us all (4 plus bride) done in an hour.
I just had a wash and style. They give you a little scalp massage while washing your hair and put a warm towel on the back of your neck. The conditioner they use has a cooling substance in it, so my scalp felt refreshed and tingled a little.
They all did a great job we all and the bride looked wonderful. She had her makeup done at the salon also. If I lived in Manhattan, I would definitely consider using this salon frequently.
Since the bride paid, I don’t know their prices for sure, but I think I heard it was $ 30 for a trim.
