I think you must have the wrong place that you are referring to. Value Electronics is located in NY. There is another company called Consumer Value Electronics located in P.A. that has received bad reviews. The BB bureau gives Value Electronics An A+ rating. I have been dealing with them for years and I don’t know of a better company in the business. It is a family owned company and the owner or his wife, Bob & Wendy answer the phone. I get very upset when people make posts that are often inaccurate and can harm the business of a company that offers great value and service.

This is an awful place. You will regret shopping here. Sales rep was mistaken or lied to me about the return policy. The manager mocked me when I explained why I expected to be able to return an incorrectly fitting product. I’m not wasting any more time on them. I have no idea how they stay in business. Check out Google reviews. Fair warning.
