I’ve been here twice and so far I’ve gotten great pedicures. Came in Sunday almost 7 pm to get a pedicure and they took me. It’s a cute little shop with nice ladies. My polish lasted a month on my toes!

I’m so upset right now. I have been here once before about a year ago and had a great experience. Fast forward to today and am a very very unhappy customer. I got a mani pedi for $ 25, great price. I added the callous treatment for an extra $ 12. They put a small amount of the gel on plastic wrap, rubbed it around my feet and attempted to wrap my feet with the plastic wrap. I let the tech know my heel wasn’t covered and she said it was fine. After a few minutes she scraped my feet again. I informed asked if she could please get the back of the heel as it was still rough, she said she would use a stone. After everything was done my mani was great. My pedi was heel was still rough and actually felt jagged. I complained to the tech. She said it just needs lotion, she didn’t add too much because it’s slippery. She said i had cracked heels! Excuse me, i dont have cracked heels. I have callouses, and if i had cracked heels i shouldn’t have the treatment done as that would be painful. The fact is they are cheap. They put a small amount of callous treatment, they put a dab of lotion to save money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said I have to come back tomorrow and she walked away. I have had wonderful callous treatments at Queen Jane. They put on these plastic booties and douse your feet with the treatment and leave your feet feeling smooth. Never again will I go here. Horrible customer service… maybe they can buy a new fan with the money they rip off instead of having a fan bieng help up sttaight by a jug full of brown water.

Wow — I don’t know where the other reviewers have gotten previous mani/pedi’s. Maybe they went on a lucky day. But my experience here was not a good one at all. Terrible pedicure. What is that flimsy little brush thing they use on the bottom of your feet? It just screamed ‘lazy,’ and the massage was terrible. She asked if I wanted to a longer massage. Really? i don’t think so… not after the sampling I just had. Why would I pay more for that? The manicure wasn’t so bad, but I couldn’t get beyond the bad pedi to enjoy it. I live in the neighborhood and decided to try a new spot. I won’t do that again. Sorry City Nails, I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I wish someone had written this for me before I dropped my money, and my time there.

I Unilocaled nail salons because I’m new to the area, and this one had the highest rating so I was like okay let’s try it. I got a green tea spa pedicure and my technician Su did a fabulous job. It was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Other places I go to feel like they’re rushing you and cut your nails crooked and don’t paint them right– I have absolutely no complaints and my feet still feel soft days later! This is my new go to place! They even offered me coffee and I was there near closing time and while I was under the dryer they were cleaning up. I still didn’t feel rushed in fact the lady told me I should run the dryer one more time! I definitely recommend this place!

I walked in on a beautiful Thursday not knowing what to expect. On an island with a gazillion nail spas, I did not know what to expect from this little spa. But it looked clean and had a deal. I wondered in to be welcomed by nice ladies. I picked my color and was shown towards the pedicure chair. The first thing I noticed was that the space was really clean and most importantly quiet just as a spa should be. I was offered a glass of water and thus began a process of a little self Indulgence. I immediately noticed the lady opening a fresh packet of tools just for me. Three cheers for that!!! Therefore the process of bliss began… The polish came out meticulous and was never felt rushed. I have found a nail gem… TL;DR: it’s budget friendly and a fresh set of tools for everyone. GO…

This salon has been my go-to spot for years and just changed hands, hence the reset on the rating. They have a mix of the technicians that were here from the previous owners and some new people — everyone I’ve had has been thorough and meticulous while also finishing up in a reasonable amount of time. They’ve also fixed a chipped nail or two for me even if I didn’t have my manicure done there in the first place, which I really appreciate. Prices went up a bit in the transition but are still competitive with other salons in the area. They’ve also upgraded their sterilization methods and now use fresh files/buffers for each customer and autoclave all of the metal tools. I’ll be back!
