Great Barnes & Noble, Hillstone and public space, but this is a «dead mall»: mostly vacant. Even the Citi bank branch – in Citigroup Center, of all places – closed!

Some of the homeless that gather there smell bad enough to empty the place. Paranoid security panic if a table is moved an inch or you try to take a picture of your group. Fair lighting and restrooms that are both unavailable way too early. Undependable, slow, WiFi. Never post a sign ahead of a special event that closes the public area. CLOSINGFOR A YEAROFRENOVATIONS!

NOTODDLERFRIENDLY. After joining my friend, who lives across the street, for lunch I was greatly disappointed with this place. We purchased food from several restaurants and then afterwards my son was running around the perimeter not disturbing any of the other diners. But the garbage man did not like us running around and had security ask us to leave on the premise that it was«private property» and the«floor was hard so he could hurt himself». DONOTBRINGYOUKIDS if they like to move around, you will be asked to leave even if you purchased food. NEVERAGAINWILLWEGOBACK.

I like this public space. Free WI-Fi. Bright. I don’t understand why it is rated low. The restroom is not bad, too. My only one complaints is the had dryer near the door is always broken. Always! They need to fix it so that we don’t have to use paper and be earth-friendly. I have never eaten there, but many food stores for takeout are available in this space.

I have to go here every working day. Cannot complain. The building is practically connected to the Lexington-53rdMTA station. More buildings should be in New York. It’s cold outside. And if it isn’t cold, it is probably hot.

Citigroup Center is open daily from 7am to 12 midnight. The women’s facilities were not open until 7:45am which I had to personally hound Boston Properties, Inc.‘s security two times in forcing them to open. This is a PUBLIC open atrium and the facilities are locked to block patron usage? It should be CLOSED atrium!
