Expensive but that’s pretty much what you expect when you do something in Times Square. Wouldn’t trek back but fine for ice cream in a pinch.

Ben and jerrys is always delicious, and the range of flavours here is great. The low rating is because of the service. I brought my friends who were visiting from New Zealand. After a morning of sight-​seeing and me talking it up big time we stopped in. We were taking our time to look at the menu and sample some of the flavours and the employees rolled their eyes at us and walked away. It took a while for them to come back and take our requests. We all found them to be really rude, and felt like we’d inconvenienced them by stopping by, it kind of ruined our Ben and Jerry’s experience.

My new favorite here is the shake, Addicted to Chocolate. As a chocolate lover, I appreciate when restaurants and establishments make rich shakes and don’t cheap out on quality. That is why I am very pleased with the shakes I have gotten here. Ben and Jerry’s also offers many unique flavors of ice cream you can’t get at other ice cream shops. This is definitely one thing, they are good at. Some flavors worth trying are Americone and Chocolate Fudge Brownie. One important thing to note is that this shop gets crowded after shows at the Playstation Theatre, but the staff makes sure the line doesn’t stay still for long. Just know what you want to get by the time you are at the front of the line. Also this place is a little pricey, but c’mon it’s by Times Square. What do you expect?

Omgggg I was so full from lunch and I really don’t know why i still got ice cream. Never had ben and jerrys before and I’ve always seen it in supermarkets so here I am in Times Square trying it out !

I found this BOMB ASS Flavor here and it’s sooo good and I think I forgot the name
LMAO
But I did try three flavours the two: American Dream and a jimmy Fallon Flavor was Iike eh cool but the last Flavor I think was THE BEST. there was vanilla ice cream, peanut butter (lots! Which is my favorite,) caramel, sea salt, chocolate.) and this was one of the best Flavor combinations! ALSO, this is made out of ALMOND milk!!! So cool right?
I’m giving it one star off cuz the price is way outta this world I mean like come on folks poor girl me ain’t got that much money to buy some ice cream!
When you come here! Definitely try that Flavor! If i remember it I’ll update it :)

First I have to say that I’ve never been inside the store, but have received two gift orders from the awesomely sweet guy I’m dating who knows the way to this girl’s heart is not flowers, but Ben & Jerry’s!!! Their hand packed pints are everything you ever wished for and he keeps sending the chocolate chip cookies… you guys… probably the BEST chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had. The perfect amount of buttery goodness. Just trust me, get the cookies AND the ice cream!

I cannot say enough great things about this ice cream parlor. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating and they have a large variety of ice cream flavors. The salted caramel is incredible. Most important to me however is how much you want to come back simply because the staff is so awesome. I really hate giving my business to jerks and these people are really cool. I needed an ice cream cake yesterday at the last minute. The guy on the phone suggested the fudge brownie and cookie dough. When I said that was great and I needed it that night he wasn’t sure he could accommodate me but just said he would make it happen. So they got me my cake within a few hours. When I came to pick it up, they offered me ice cream to taste as I waited for them to decorate it. (That’s when I tried the salted caramel.) And the price was totally reasonable. If you want ice cream… go to this place.

Best ice cream ever !!! My fav is choc fudge brownie & cherry Garcia they also have great choc chip cookies ! Staff has always been nice & quick ! Only downside is its in times sq: tourist hell !!!

I just LOVE ben & jerry’s! This is a cute store, with a tiny section to buy ben & jerry’s cups, cards, lip balm, etc. You can also buy a few pints, though they don’t have a large selection, they do usually keep up with the newest flavors. We got a pint of the tonight dough today, and that ice cream is SUPER delicious!!!
In addition to that, we have made some custom cakes here (which you can just do online and pick up in store). They also have some Peet’s coffee, though it consists of just a limited selection of standard coffee drinks.

Regarding the ice cream itself, there is nothing to say but WOW… It is my favorite ice cream so far. I love many of the flavors and buy some regularly at the supermarket.
But when it comes to the actual place on 44th Street in NYC… I am so sad to see the lame and not caring service we received. The employees, though polite, were like two zombies. Not welcoming, not smiling, and looked almost annoyed to see us come in.
After ordering a small New York Chocolate Chunk and a kids’ berry berry, I paid 10 dollars plus some change. I mean, I get it, I’m in a store in Manhattan, but there’s a limit to abusing that fact.

Came here over a week ago for the free ice cream promotion they had here. This was first time having anything Ben & Jerry’s and was eager to try it due to it’s rise in popularity over the last few years… Ehhh, was not really impressed. I don’t know if it was because for the promotion they only offered ONLY vanilla and chocolate overload. (I would of been fine with regular chocolate.)
But either way was not really impressed. Might have to try them out again to get a more concise review but it may also be that I am privy to Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream and will basically choose them other than any other ice cream restaurant.

Free Cone Day 2014: After checking out the long line at the Rockefeller Center location today, I walked down here and was pleasantly surprised by how fast this line moved. I waited no more than 10 minutes! It was extremely well organized, with people being directed to either one of two counters.
I got the Stephen Colbert Americone Dream, which was better than I thought it would be. Yum! It’s amazing what ice cream, a little sunshine and stroll, and happy customer service can do for one’s mood!

As much as I hate the Times Square area/​crowd, a Ben & Jerry’s stop makes me brave it all.
New «core» sundae: pick two flavors, get hot fudge and/​or caramel sauce filling, whipped cream, and a topping. $ 6ish. Gorgeous. Staff was patient as I took forever to decide which flavors I wanted (no line surprisingly).
Glad it’s open till 1am (at least on Saturday), but probably could improve the seating options.
Next will try the brownie sundae. And chocolate covered bacon (!)

This Ben and Jerrys is an independently owned and operated store, so they don’t take any of the birthday freebie coupons like the one inside of Macy’s.
I actually came here to order a custom made ice cream cake, and they made it in time. You get to pick whatever ice creams you want, and a general idea of what you want it to look like, and it comes out looking like delicious edible art. Just give them about 2 days to make it.
