If you are looking to purchase a home, Tony is definitely your guy. He is an effective negotiator and he was there for us every step of the home purchase. He helped us beat out 19 offers and a few of them were cash offers. If it wasn’t for Tony, we would never have gotten our first home since the market is super competitive. Purchasing a home can be frustrating but Tony made the process so easy because of his dedication and expertise in real estate.

Tony is an awesome realtor and an excellent guide through the home buying process. He made the experience a very comfortable one. He listened to what we both wanted, made excellent recommendations and was always available when we have question. Tony helped my wife and I buy our first home and I must say he did a great job. He is a very hard worker and is genuinely interested in finding you a good deal and doing his best to protect your best interests. As first time home buyers, obviously we were not experts and had a lot of questions that we probably asked about 200 times each (haha). Tony was very patient and open to answering our questions. What I also liked about him was his honesty in advising us, «if you don’t feel it (a house we were viewing), then just move on right away.» He never tried to push us into a certain house or influence our decision if we were not fully interested. Another thing I really liked about Tony was his work ethic and how he was searching for homes for us and sending me listings constantly which showed he put in a lot of work to search around for multiple listings and did not give up on us. In the entire process, there was only one hiccup in the transaction with the seller, but it was a learning point for everyone and I don’t hold it against him. I would recommend Tony to my friends and family so please give him the opportunity to help you find your next home.

Tony is EXCELLENT!!! He goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that your transaction goes as smoothly and efficiently as humanly possible. For my deal, the seller’s agent was a novice to say the least, Tony had to educate her on certain areas to make the deal go through. Time and time again Tony came through with flying colors and was able to negotiate a better deal as a result. Kuddos to Tony and to you for reading this blog and considering him.
