Slowly Service. I like Caramel Coffee and Cookies… or Iced Vanilla Coffee. Nice Location…

Horrible customer service. Employees mingle with one another, but cannot seem to hold a conversation or a smile to customers.
I do not want to come back here ever if I am going to be treated poorly after ordering and purchasing a drink.

I went to this location 20 minutes before I had to be at work and I still had to leave empty handed. The service was SO SLOW. The employee on the register was doing something else half the time.
The way it usually works with three people is one on register one on bar and one expediting to make sure that the line is moving and the person on bar doesn’t fall too far behind. Poorly run, it always takes significantly longer at this location than any other I’ve been too. Today was especially bad though. Very disappointing.

Used a rude and shameful manner to «explain» that our emotional support dog it’s not allowed in this Starbucks location. Very impressed who is in charge of this store. So sorry for what suppose was a friendly company like Starbucks.

Been here 5 times, experience gets worse and worse. A couple staff members rude, always rush, «throw» straws when you ask for it. And for my last experience got all three orders wrong.

I have an annoyingly complicated order, but if I’m going to pay $ 4 for 5 sips of a drink, I’m going to get it exactly as I like it. That being said, they make it perfect every time and one of the baristas has even memorized my order which is seriously awesome. I walk here 2 – 4 times each week in the morning and it’s always fast, clean and delicious.

Friendly employees always get my order right. A bit difficult to find seating inside, especially during hot humid days, due to the air conditioning and elusive free WiFi. I say «elusive» because no matter what time I arrive, I almost always see the dreaded «couldn’t refresh feed» while attempting to access IG. The gentleman at Verizon told me it was the signal, not my phone.
If you have My Starbucks Rewards, you get a complimentary coffee refill if you remain in the store, which is always appreciated. Also, this program allows you to accrue «stars» which enable you to get a free item after 12 stars from purchases have been earned, as well as a free item on your birthday. Great downtown location.

This is the Starbucks where it’s okay to wear your swim suit… No shoes, no shirt??? No problem!!!
Right in the heart of MHB… Just steps away from the sand and waves… This is a great place to get some Java before heading back to the surf…
However it’s a crazy long line for the bathroom at all times!!!

Great location. The staff gets pretty busy but they work hard. The barista Angel is the best!

Amazing location. Right on the beach. Can’t complain. With that comes all the traffic and people. Staff works extremely hard to get everyone taken care of. Smaller seating area.

Always a crowd here. Lots of people hangout here to do some work or hang out in front with their pooches. Will come sometimes in the early morning when it’s less busy. Staff is friendly and professional. Drinks served promptly and with a smile. Two blocks down you can check out the Manhattan Beach pier!

The staff here is as high as a roller coaster ride at Magic Mountain. So you will probably have to repeat your order a couple times. You might even get a special surprise with your order such as whipped cream when asking for «no whip.»
Great location. Could you ask for a better location? This close to the beach? I stop by on the way to the local yoga studio.
There is a mixture of locals, tourists, and working-​class people, yogis, Yoginis, and truth-​seekers.
But yeah, the staff is higher than Mount Everest and Machu Picchu combined. One of the guys looks like Jeff Spicoli from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. I think he is more of a Sativa than Indica-​type of guy.
The drinks are good and so are the pastries. It is clean and there is usually metered-​parking very close by.
Overall, I like this location, just would advise the baristas to take it easy on the whipped cream and the Ganja.

Like most of the Starbucks: friendly staff and quick service. They have free weak wifi and air conditioning for the summer. Or just enjoy the wonderful beach atmosphere while you sip on that frappé. It’s always packed but it moves.
They have all sorts of food items like sandwiches and pastries. Favorites are lemon bars & frosted mini scones.
Watch your metered parking.

Great location right by the Manhattan Beach pier. If you come early, the wait isn’t too long at all. Came in around 9am and only two people in front of me. Had my chai late ready in under 5. Great service. Employees greet you with a smile and pleasant conversation. Parking is meter on Manhattan Blvd. Usually you can find people leaving quite frequently.

I come here for coffee just about every morning. My go to favorite is a doppio over ice or an Americano that I dress up myself with some extra goddies. But when I feel like splurging the iced caramel macchiato is so scrumptious you feel guilty drinking it. Chocked full of delicious melted caramel.
In the winter time I love the pumpkin spice latte and the Carmel crème brûlée latte.
Food wise I alternate between the egg white spinach feta wrap and the Greek yogurt with berries, both good. Don’t try the vegetable Fantiago sandwich its super greasy and messy, eww.
The workers here are always friendly too and it’s right by the beach, what’s not to love for us coffee junkies.

This place can get very packed during the weekends. It’s a beach city after all. During the weekdays, it’s still busy, but the lines aren’t as long. You can grab a hot drink and enjoy the morning ocean breeze outside or a refreshing cold beverage and enjoy their free wifi and air conditioning. They also serve basic pastries, oatmeal and breakfast sandwiches, and healthy lunch packs of fruit or sandwiches. Sign up for their treats program and earn free drinks as well.

Good place for a cold drink on a hot day at the beach. The seating is plentiful during the week and there’s free wifi. The lines moves and service is good at this Starbucks.
The restroom situation is a communal one restroom servers all, so it can be interesting.

I always enjoy stopping in here when I’m in Manhattan Beach.
The staff is always friendly and cheerful.
They’ve never messed up my order. Things come out just as they should.
Maybe I’ll stop in today for a frappuccino.

This Starbucks has a great location and unfortunately because of that it is always packed! The Baristas are attentive but the crowd is ridiculous.
On the positive side the place is nicely located in Manhattan beach right down the street from the pier.
Also don’t ask for a Venti water because all they can do is grande. I get it cups and the like cost money and I’m sure they get a ton of requests so no big deal.

I dig this Starbucks.
Last night (12-​06-​2013) I met a friend at the Manhattan Beach pier. Quickly we realized it was just too darn cold to be walking around at night and ended up walking up Manhattan Beach Blvd to the Starbucks located on the corner of Manhattan Beach Blvd & Highland Ave.
This Starbucks is one of your smaller Starbucks but it also tends to be where the Manhattan Beach’ers enjoy going in the evening so it is almost like a social event. If you hung out long enough at this Starbucks you would see several L.A. Dodgers & L.A. Kings walking in, a bunch and a I mean a bunch live within walking distance of this Starbucks. The tables located in this Starbucks are quite limited simply based on the limited amount of square footage.
Upon walking in we were pretty stoked to see there was no line and several of the tables inside were actually open. My friend and I ordered our drinks and our barista made the drinks to order with no problems. I was able to use my Starbucks reward card on my handy Iphone and earn some more reward points for ‘free’ rewards.
I dig that no matter if it is the summer of winter months you can walk from the Pier to this Starbucks and get your drink and be back at the water’s edge within minutes. Please do remember when bringing anything to the beach to take it home with you, better yet pick up a piece of trash that doesn’t belong to you.
If you choose to stay at this Starbucks to enjoy you hot or cold beverage you can either hang out inside out venture outside to the large elevated windowsill that allows you to people watch.
This Starbucks is always super clean, the staff here is always top notch and during the months surrounding Xmas Manhattan Beach bags the meters which means they are free. You will only find street and/​or parking structure parking surrounding this location, this location does not offer their own parking.
