I’m so annoyed! I’m trying to order a pair of shoes (for my daughter) and can’t get past the shipping address screen.
I called customer service who asked what browser am I using. SERIOUSLY … this is Skechers, not a mom and pop! Ok, I’ll bite, I’m using Google Chrome. Well, apparently, you can’t use that browser. I’m sorry, does it mention that ANYWHERE on the website? NO!
So, then, I try using Internet Explorer. Still nothing! Frozen at the shipping screen. I called customer service again. This time, I have a friendly person who is truly trying to help me.
NOTE: If this was for me, I would have been GONE a long time ago, but these are for my daughter, who has saved her money to buy these darn Skechers boots!!!
The customer service agent cannot fix my problem, nor can he take a phone order. WHAT?! Skechers cannot take phone orders? You’d rather lose a sale? Really?!

My family has purchased a number shoes from Skechers and it seems our last pair is the final pair we will ever buy! My wife bought a pair yesterday and is going to return them today.
She said they hurt her feet, legs and hips when she takes her morning walk!
The Skechers I have used are not kind to my feet .
We are done, no more.

Great selection of Skechers with helpful staff. Next to the beach, so parking is difficult but doable. Try the lot behind it that is right next to he pier. I love their running shoes! They are light as a feather. My kids adore all their light up shoes.

I will never purchase a pair of Skechers shoes again in my life. Their customer service is horrible. I would have been a life long customer, but they annoyed me so much over a matter of approximately $ 3.00. This was well over three years ago and I’m still peeved about it.
