Bella Beach

I have never shopped at a boutique «ever» with such a rude Owner/​manager. My daughter and went there specifically for hoop Brighton earrings and while at the counter paying for my purchase we engage in a small friendly chat… so I thought. In the middle of not one but two small conversations she’s just cut me off… Twice! Ok so the first time I looked at my daughter in disbelief as she couldn’t even say excuse me or hold on one minute, nope she did it rudely and proceeded about like we were invisible. I was pretty shocked!!! Even my daughter who gives everyone the benefit of the doubt was shocked at how rude she was. I shopped there before and she seemed friendly enough to shop there again but won’t go there anymore. If she’s rude to customers I can imagine how she is with employees. Btw, if it weren’t for her sweet employees I would’ve not purchased the earrings. I can take my business elsewhere in downtown MB NO PROBLEM! I really miss Barbie at Barbie K, her employees and boutique.

I don’t think I have ever had this great of customer service! I ran into the store for one item for maybe five minutes and I felt so welcomed. The workers are truly friendly and there to help you. I love the way they display things in the store and it’s a great location by the beach. I will definitely be returning!

LOVE THIS STORE!!! They have the CUTEST, most in-​style clothes anywhere in Manhattan Beach. A MUST shop if you’re in the area. Super helpful and friendly owners with a finger on the pulse of what’s hot and new at all times. Go check it out… You won’t be let down.

Love this store! Conveniently located next to Starbucks in the heart of MB. I was in and found great tops, beautiful dresses and more :) I love the selection of Gypsy and the Goddis sweaters. A great selection of casual and dressy makes this store a one stop shopping wonder. Not to mention the helpful staff, I love that the owner is always around, popping in and out of the woman’s store and the kids store (adjacent)…Don’t miss it, either one.
