I already love Prada merchandise. I think their designs are very classy, so I am basing my experience in this particular store on customer service. Major points for always being greeted and approached by the SA for help — I hate when they have their nose up in the air at you — just walk into hermes… But what really prompt me to do this review was what happened after I finally bought something. Back in November I finally decided to buy one of their wallets. SA was very nice, she even told me that I could call in advance and she’d put aside this bag I’d been eyeing for awhile. After a month I noticed that there was bubbling on the back and the top fold of the wallet. I guess a «minor» flaw but saffiano leather should not bubble. I brought it back after the New Years to get this checked out and the SA told me she’d send it in and even rush the order for me since most times it usually takes 7 – 14 weeks. Got a response from the product quality manager in 5 weeks and they told me I’d get a new replacement since it was a product defect. I’m happy that they stand by their products and I am extremely happy to have my new wallet. I will definitely continue to purchase from this store in the future!

Without knowing they have lost a potential client. They will turn their backs on you after being being seized up, for a few minutes and they will start raising eyebrows and will show no interest in YOU! Disgusting!!!

I’d give this place no stars if I could for the terrible customer service. Completely ruined my shopping experience. I had to wait forever(~half an hour) to actually purchase my wallet because the associate had ADHD or something — walked away every time I needed something, attended another customer, slacking and talking in the back, etc. Dreadful. Actually thinking about returning the wallet and buying it again from 5th ave just to have a better experience.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The manager is clearly on a different planet. The staff is not helpful and I waited for the manager for an hour before getting a blank stare, a one word reply to my problem and leaving the store with my questions unanswered.

I am very dissappointed with the customer service of this store. I had a coat charge send to me and somehow, Prada got the wrong address on the label. And instead of calling the customer to verify it(yes, they have my number), whoever answered the call instructed fedex to return the package to them after ONE delivery attempt. I called Prada and Fabien who I spoke to that day, tried to call fedex but it was too late. The package is on it’s way back and given that the weekend is tomorrow. I will not be getting the package, I suspect, till next Tuesday, a week after I placed my order. Given that this is Prada’s fault, I am surprised that they did not offer a saturday delivery. Its as though they are doing me a favor selling me the coat and sending it to me though I’m paying for the coat and the shipping. I will not be ordering from this store anymore.
