While walking around and browsing, I saw a manager talking to an employee with what looks like to be a training session. He paused his conversation to make sure I found everything I needed. When at the fitting room, the attendant was very approachable and had a big smile. She held the door as I walked into the fitting room, which was a nice bonus. When it was time to pay, the cashier was also all smiles and introduced me to the Nordstrom card they had on promotion. I was expecting her to get pushy once I didn’t express any interest, but that was not the case. The store itself is very put together and organized well so I didn’t have any issues finding what I came there for. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I came here on a few occasions but I will combine the two most recent experiences one was a purchase and one a return. I came in here to browse during the lovely holiday season. they had lots of good deals I bought a nice pair of Michael Kor leather gloves $ 28 I think a pretty good deal. I also was interested in checking out their longer cords for phone accessories. they had a great selection of cases and colors too nicely and neatly. I decided to purchase a 10ft cord. when I got home I decided to use it and it did not work. I guess manufacturing it ended up being a bad wire. when I purchased the items I paid via credit card and opted for my recept to be emailed. when I came back to do the return of the wire and I still had the receipt in the email. okay great but when I got to the register the service was VERY slow. and the lady was patient and said you can login to our free wifi. the service back here is not the greatest. now being I like to think I am a good Samaritan I told the lady since there is a line I will step to the side and pull it up so you can help the next person online. she was like thank you with a smile. so I had to step away and go literally all the way outside for the email load. it was very frustrating. but I was not in a rush so I waited online. I ended up with the same cashier and she did the return no issue. even with the package broken I was reluctant to get my $ 7 dollars back. I forget the brand of wire it was but I don’t think I will buy that brand again to avoid any hassle. the way Nordtrom handled the transaction was very easy. Great JOB! will be back for more future purchases
