The food here is awesome. 4 stars because it is a bit on the expensive side. Even for nicer dining. I find I get equal value at other places and for cheaper.

As Great as the Grille with a different feel. Cannot go wrong at either spot. Like the change in the name using the address number. Especially since the local hypocritical food critic(ha ha, such a joke) disagrees. Probably the best steakhouse around including the south shore! Congrats Pat

OMG! This place is amazing! The food and service was fantastic. I would come back here every chance I get. I would recommend this restaurant for lunch and dinner.

One of the best restaurants on the northshore. The entire meal was an enjoyable experience from start to end. Service was outstanding and the food was better than that. Turtle soup is a must and the lamb and steaks are the best in the area. Key lime pie was hands down the best we’ve ever had. Great spot.

Awesome food!!! The pompano is the best!!! This place is the place to go in mandeville if you want a good nice dinner. I think this is the best place to eat at on the north shore.

4.5 stars because they have some tiny bumps in the road but overall it’s an amazing place to get your foodie on. I’m a big fan of lump crab meat and it looks like Pat is too. The fish is the freshest I’ve had in Mandeville but I was surrounded by steak eaters. All of whom we’re beyond pleased with their thick chunk of Filet. Moral of the story is I would eat here once a week if money or calories were not a factor. Since they are I’m going once a month.

Food and service we’re good but prices are bit too high. Had the large filet, which was cooked to my specifications. Also enjoyed eggplant appetizer which was average. Oysters brochette appetizer was good especially the sauce. Excellent key lime pie, right on the mark, but crème brûlée left something to be desired. Again, if prices were 20% less I would say you’re getting value for your dollar.

New place on Causeway approach, didn’t know what to expect. From the outside I was thinking it was much. Walking in it was a bit surprised because it had a great clean look to it. Staff was very attentive and trained well. Had the Redfish and mac and cheese with crawfish. Both were very good and rich in flavor. Had warm freshly made bread and a spinach salad. Everything was good! The only drawback is that we don’t need televisions in every room. Sometimes it’s nice just to focus on your date or spouse. So I would suggest losing the TVs and it will match the food presentation better. Also the food seems to be typical NOLA fare and had some new spins but pretty much all the same premise.
