Very, very similar experience that Grechen had. Was sick with some sort of respiratory infection and breathing problems back in September 2014, went to the office multiple times, my doctor was never there so I was always assigned a different doctor, who gave me another antibiotic that didn’t work, no other suggestions or help, just «you seem fine otherwise», despite chest pain, weakness & lingering breathing problems to this day. After having to get married in November (still sick) and honeymoon in December (still sick) just gave up after 4 separate antibiotic rounds and no solutions. They sure do love to bill you for all the failure.

Do you like doing all the research yourself on a code you need for a test? A code that my insurance and lab facility told me they only give out to doctors offices. And being told by the doctors office that they aregoing beyond what they do for most patients… still wasn’t given the code. Called wellspan complaint line. and would you know in a day they found that stupid code.
Do you like having to redo a test because they sent the wrong lab slip? And to make it worse, the doctors office tells you it the right test because a bacterial sputum test tests for fungal. Even though they are two different codes and two different types of infections? And I had to call the lab center to prove to the doctors office that they were wrong.
Do you like being told that you look fine (after complaining of internal ailments)?
Or do you just like incompetence? Like your doctor goes on vacation so you are left waiting, then when you do call you get another doctor in the practice, then a week after that get a call from your original docot stating the same thing the replacement doctor said.
Do you like being prescribed the same antibiotic 3 times… and about to be prescribed it a fourth… because the first 3 times didnt work?
Well…if this describes what you are looking for… please stop on by. Because after a year of this crap, I left. Should have left after being told I looked fine.
They deserve no stars… but since that isn’t possible… one star will have to do and it makes them look way too good or just plain competent.

Nice doc – told me what I needed to hear (even though I didn’t want to hear it!). Good staff with little wait time. Works with me to get me an appointment that will fit my schedule. Doc calls me back when promised. Good practice.

I came here when I was sick a couple weeks ago –they were very friendly and patient with me even though they had nothing to prescribe and I was only here to get a dr note for work. They mentioned getting a check up and explained the necessary insurance forms so I consider them a good local place for our routine medical needs.
