I was refused service for a wisdom tooth based on 2 ‘no show’ appointments — 1 of which they fabricated. I was told they prefer to have clients who keep appointments rather than those who call when there is a problem. I would be ok with that accept they did not stand by their own policy and told me they would call me back with an appointment time which they never did and when I called to find out why claimed I had set up an appointment and was a no show for that appointment. I got a letter explaining their decision which just echoed what they told me over the phone. I guess it is more convenient for them. I was referred to another dentist who also did not handle the type of problem I had which led me to another dentist and later an oral surgeon all the while experiencing mouth pain for 3 weeks between trying to set up appointments. I don’t recommend them based on the treatment I received for missing one appointment 5 years ago.
