TL;DR: I spent $ 70 to replace a battery and my battery is still just as bad as before. I work in IT. I deal with batteries. I understand batteries lose their charge, hence the purchase of this service. Service was fine, fast. Took under 30 minutes. This morning I took my phone off the charger at 8am. Its 9:33am and its 86%. This is a Droid Turbo with crap like Bluetooth/Location turned off, brightness is at its darkest setting. I used the phone to check a snapchat. Thats it. The battery should not be that low, I have nothing heavy running in the background besides the typical email push notifications and system programs such as the OS. The phone used to be at 99% around this time. I cannot recommend this service and will not be back.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Overall good experience. Fixed my smashed iPhone 6 Plus in 20 minutes. Employees name was Robert. Would recommend to anyone who needs their screen fixed fast and doesn’t want to deal with the Apple Store.

The charging port stopped working on my phone, and it wouldn’t hold a charge. So I brought it in to We Fix Wireless in the mall. They got the part right away and fixed the port so my chargers could connect. They did a great job and it was super convenient! A+

I went in because 6 months ago I opted to have my 3rd generation Ipad 3’s touch screen(no LED damage) replaced for 120 instead of buying a new one. Bad decision, at least for this location. Glue wore off and touch screen issues before six months with no physical damage even acknowledged by associate. Offered a fix for 80 but I didn’t want to throw bad money after bad money. Offered at 40 to even meet half way and was told I wouldn’t be profitable. Don’t do business here. Update 9⁄27 Batteries and Bulbs advised me to(use at your own risk) a weight about 8 pounds overnight on a flat surface on the back and let it sit overnight. I let it sit for 5 hours and it’s in working order. Cost 0. Great service really go there instead. Kyle from the Nashua office was great and this was great advice and the cure for a crappy glue job! Thanks great service!

The repair is made with inferior glass and will break very easily. Don’t get scammed. This place is a rip-off.

I needed a sim card cut down and didn’t want to use scissors or a knife. They had a punch, charged me $ 5.00. I wasn’t sure what size I needed it cut to,(I just happened to go by there on another errand), so they suggested I verify the size because once it was cut it was final. For what I needed I got great service. The 3 people squeezed into the little box were pleasant and accommodating. It’s a kiosk in the mall, I didn’t have high expectations.

I was thoroughly disgusted by the attitudes and service I received here. they claimed to be able to fix a MS Surface, but in the end we had paid for overnight shipping and they could not fix the device. We later learned that no one should claim to be able to fix a tablet because they were not designed to be fixed only replaced.(per microsoft). the tech on duty when i picked up the device(Andrew D) was cocky and arrogant in explaining to me that they had three hundred dollars vested into the repair(As if my complaint was pale in comparison to their ineptitude) and that they would not return the overnight shipping fee for the part that I had not received overnight, nor was the unit delivered in the promised time frame. When they returned the Surface to me they pulled it disassembled from a cabinet full of of disassembled tablets. It looked like the grave yard for all the things they couldn’t fix. They handed me the wrong tablet and looked at me like I was the moron when I told them that they gave me the wrong one. Also the work space they use is just a small counter top and it appeared to be very disorganized and unprofessionally kept. Hardly the environment I would expect to see electronics being worked on. TWOTHUMBSDOWN My bottom line… If you go here beware. Your«wireless» device and you may not be given the professional service you would expect.
