Got some sensitive piercings today in areas that I was pretty nervous about. The girl at the front counter made sure i was informed of all the aftercare before the piercing actually took place. I was taken into a back room with a friend and the woman who did the piercing was so calm and friendly. She made sure I was happy with where the piercings were going to be, and made it go very quick. Once it was done, she made sure I was okay before leaving the store. They had a promo going on for $ 15 all piercings, which was GREAT! I highly recommend, do not overlook just because it’s in the mall.

Just got a spur of the moment piercing done here a few minutes ago. Very clean, organized and professional place. I’ll admit I was a little skeptical about getting a body piercing done at a place in the mall but did it anyways once I spoke with the people that work here; you can tell they know what they’re doing. Good selection of body jewelry too.

Got my septum pierced at medusa, they did a great job. Very friendly girls working there. Their prices are great and I was in and out. Good experience for my first piercing. Will deff go back if I decide to get another piercing.

Great Body Piercing place. Medusa Body Piercing has professional stuff that know what they are doing. They help you with whatever custom needs you have. I’ve done the piercing with them multiple times. Great job, very professional! Quick, no pain, and very accurate. They also have great variety of body jewelry as for men and women. Overly I am very satisfied with Medusa store selection and body piercing job!

I went to medusa yesterday to get a piercing I was pretty nervous about getting. One of the girls went over a little questionnaire with me and went over all aftercare with me. She was extremely helpful. The woman who actually did my piercing was great. She made the experience much better. She made sure I was comfortable and was okay after the piercing. The shop was very clean and nice. I would definitely recommend them!

Would of gave them 5 stars if they were more friendly.

I’ve been to this store twice on my journey home from my weekend getaway and each time everyone has been pleasant and their selection of body jewelry is the biggest I’ve seen yet! The prices are reasonable, they do body piercing which was a first for me seeing a body piercing place in a mall, that’s even cooler!

I went to Medusa in the Mall of NH in July to get my nose pierced. I knew I had wanted it and had done PLENTY of research online before hand. I had friends with theirs done and was fine. Went in about an hour before they closed on a Friday I believe it was. I had called before hand to see if they were still doing piercings that late and they were. They stop piercing after a certain time so make sure to call! The girl, cannot remember her name who, was pretty professional about the piercing. I got my nostril done and my sister got her 3^rd lobes. Medusa told us that the lobes would be the cost of 2 cartilage piercings because where hers were was «technically» cartilage. I didn’t believe that and I said something but apparently I know nothing. The spot that was pierced for my sister was COMPLETELY soft, just like the rest of her lobe. I didn’t agree with their charging for two cartilage piercings but no one listened to me. My sister had hers done first and it put me at ease to watch her have hers done. The piercer was professional and fast and knew her craft.
I went up for my nostril. Asked me what side, and if my work was okay with it. I explained it was fine and I wanted it on my right. She asked if I may ever want to wear a hoop in it and I said yes. She measured my nose and marked the spot so that I would be able to wear a hoop. The piercing was quick and relatively painless. They tell you to breathe in and on the out they stab you. I think getting my upper ear cartilage (helix) done at Claire’s with a gun was much more painful. She told me that I needed an 18g ³⁄₈^th hoop. I got pierced with a stud, I should’ve gone for the hoop. It is now December and my piercing has been healed to me for a while. I changed it at about 10 weeks because it had been feeling great and no pain. I needed to change to a smaller screw because mine was way too long and I kept ripping out or catching it on something and it was VERY uncomfortable. I made sure to do my Sea Salt Soaks every single day, inside and out for 5 minutes. That really helps it heal, buy the H20cean bottle when you’re there! It’s not exactly cheap (9 dollars I believe for the big bottle but it is worth it if you don’t want to make your own immediately) They also offer Titanium jewelry, mine was an additional 8 dollars extra. Just incase you don’t know, Do not EVER put Sterling Silver in your nose, it will cause your hole to turn black and you can’t get rid of that. Medusa doesn’t even sell Sterling Silver I don’t think so don’t worry, but as a future reference, don’t do it.
I ended up buying a hoop at a different piercing shop that was closer. The lady at the other shop said that I was fit for a hoop. I told her that I was told I needed an 18g 3/​8ths hoop. She brought me out one, cost me 18 dollars. Put that hoop in myself, WAY too big. I think the piercer at Medusa just measured wrong. I have since purchased 5/​16ths hoops and they fit much much better. They fit snugly to my nose rather than dangling out in the middle of nowhere. Overall it was a good experience but I’m not sure I’d go back to get my other nostril pierced. My current one has healed absolutely fine with no problems, but just a few gripes with the place.
Also, ALWAYS tip your piercer, they’re doing you a service!!!
