I’ve always had a pretty good experience here. It’s always on a drive from Chattanooga to Nashville or vice versa. The restrooms are clean and in order when I stop. The service is prompt and kind. My drinks are made the way that I order them. There is plenty of seating isn’t he store as well as outdoors. The seating inside is of normal height chairs which I appreciate. Not a big fan of the bar stools… If you need a pick me up and a nice rest stop this is a good place to go.

Nothing exciting happened. Needed coffee, they made my coffee, I was happy. Kudos on not dripping caramel down the side of the cup. My still, non-​sticky finger, thanks you.

At 4pm on a Tuesday with two other patrons the three employees had plenty of time to talk and gush about how good Bonaroo would be but not to empty an overflowing trash can or clean a bathroom that looks like it belongs in a South Central LA truck stop. That seems to be typical of this store over the last year. I have always stopped here en route to Atlanta but will skip it in future.

I Love my Starbucks the only reason I didn’t give it 5 Stars is because of a Barista or two that I have had make me a less than perfect Latte. 95% of the time they are perfect!
